i must have very bad luck then because aside from all the previous issues today it some how deleted all my contact pictures and ring tones, also shut off 2 times and the charging port i have to plug and unplug it several times for it to register , i know sony ericsson woulndt make something this bad so i must just have a faulty phone same as my other two freinds so we have all sent them back for service = )

In fact, I'm liking the phone so much I bought one for my girlfriend. Also, if any of you are experiencing problems with the phone, try going into settings and performing a software update. If you do not have a data plan, go onto Sony Ericsson's website, download the updates, and install them on your phone via USB cable. That should solve any issues you're having. Cheers

in my opinion this is the WORST sony ericsson phone i have ever owned. I am a big fan of sony ericsson and have owned upwards of 8 S.E phones. this one has givin me nothing but problems i have had it for a month or two and it always shuts off by itself , it cuts out when im talking, people can hear me but i cant hear them and when i listen to my music it stops playing them and starts again when it wants and LAGS all the time. i highly recomend you dont buy this phone becuase i know 2 other people who have it with the exact same problems.... buying a C905 next week thank god

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970If reliability and battery life are important, get the w760. No matter how good the LG Shine might look, it's never going to work as well as a Sony Ericsson phone. Just my opinion, but I've used both. Also, if you ever use your phone in broad daylight, you'll regret getting the LG; you can't see the screen! Hope that helps =)
