format whole phone and get new software in phone with 2.3 android
no harm to the phone
and also we cam root our phone to upgrade it extrenally

Its screen resolution is so good..But walkman did not had equalizer..is updating version available or not..

the phone work all things by using of applications. we can upgrade by our own risk. we can link the application to sd card by using link2sd. we can zoom by using camera zoom. the phone w8 which gives more effect by using power amp. and use the green power premium for batter save, reduce the brightness for long usage of battery.
but i can't find the solution of flash for this phone. if anybody knows, about installation of adope flash player. tell me frnd. totally nice mobile.

how to upgrade android 2.1

W8 is a decent phone with great screen resolution and with great sound quality. In comparision to any low range Andriod phone this is the best option. But it does not have any equliser in its Walkman feature which is very disapointing and it does not have any option to select SD card/external memory as default memory or primary memory for files and apps (to be installed) which restricts to limited number of apps to be installed on phone. As it internal memory is just 128MB so when you install too many apps, low memory msg starts blinking and will irritate you. W8 can be upgraded to 2.3.7 but not officially as Sony hasn't released any software upgrade for W8. You can refer Youtube if you want to upgrade your W8 but you will loose phone warranty and all. But be careful while upgrading to 2.3.7 as if you dont do it properly you may loose your phone. so charge you phone properly before you start upgradation and do it properly. After upgradation you need to tweak a little more with your phone performance settings to make it work excellant. But don't upgrade it if dont have the guts to do it + No WALKMAN Feature after upgradation but you can install other music players ;-)
