pips! Does your w800i package include a phone sling? mine doesn't. pls confirm so that if it should have had a phone sling, then i'l go back and get my sling, otherwise, il return this unit. thanks!

Hi there! i got this phone last week. I just have one comment, my video and pictures are sometimes pixelized. Does this have anything to do with my camera settings? when i bought this phone the package does not include the phone sling and the dealer told me that this w800i doesn't include one. Is this true? Or just some business crap.

Hey Mobilo,
so you are using the camera to spy on some sexy pretty girl huh?
well, to turn-off the shutter is easy. push the thumbstick upward. a quick function menu will appear. select silent mode and voila! nobody will hear your shutter sound again.
cheerios...
I have been using this phone for 2 weeks now , but theres one disadvantage. the camera shutter sound!!! Can anyone please tell me how I can turn off the camera sound when I take a picture?

I had SE K750i before. What a crap! Obviously mine had the old firmware. In a month when I turned it on it just showed blank white screen!!!! I had it fixed, sold it, and I bought this one. This phone is awesome and it has everything I need in a cellphone. But the USB data cable that came with it is very moody. Sometimes my PC can't recognize it, other times it works well. Does anybody experience the same thing? It's kinda annoying!

sandy!!!! have gone crazy w800i rocks in design in everything.IT IS MUCH BETTER THAN K750I

i have used both k750i and w800i.w800i is much better than w800i.the sound quality of w800i ROCKS...... well by using both phone i have found w800i much better.it is not always design in the phone. but my friend like w800i much than k750i(more disadvantages than w800i).

Great MP3 player! Sufficient song capacity for anyone considering its a phone! 15 or so albums! Great Camera! 2 megapixel with auto zoom and focus!
I would usually buy a Nokia but there is nothing on the market that is as good and stylish as this in there range!!
So I've gone for the Sony and it hasn't dissapointed me!
Very user friendly!
Speedy data transfer!

Belive me people this is the phone of the century. Its everything you could possibly want, packed in one simple device. Its fun, standard, compact, easy to use and most of all; reliable. W800, even the name sounds so ...posh. If its any phone you are looking for then it has to be this one, buy it and make use of it for atleast 10 to 15 years, atleast i hope i can myslef!!!!!!!!!

u can record video as long as u can,, simply turn ur cam on in video mode then choose settings,, thien shooting mode,, then choose high quality video,, it will record untill ur memory is getting full,, have fun,, bye.

Very good phone!! i have been using Nokia all these years and a sudden change to SonyEricsson and i dont regret at all. I would say this is the ultimate mobile phone.This has simply everything you need! but only thing is video recording cannot be done more than a few seconds ( I am not sure if we could but as far as i know, its not possible).Cause i have a 1GB mem and i would like to do video more than 5 mins for sure.

i dnt have the phone but i think its a good phone but one think which i did find out is that there is no difference between w 800 and k750i except the memory card w800 has a 512mb memory card with it any ways a good phone
