My w800i speaker sound was very low whenever playing mp3 or ringing...how could i make it be louder?
However, i love dis fon much!!!Sony Ericsson u'r da best... love u forever

i'm thiking about getting this phone...but I don't know that this phone take memory up to 1 or 2 gb? can anyone answer me?

Well what can i say! ive got this phone and its really good, apart from the design of the handset. The sound and picture quality is very good. I had the K750i and i had to charge it atleast twice a day. With the w800 all i do is charge it once and it lasts me all day. Iam always on the mp3 before and after work. My overall to this phone is 95%

I've been using this phone about a yr already and everything still seem ok to me. But there are one thing that i dun really like is the battery run out so fast. And hope that will solve in the future.

I got this fone in april last year, had no problems!! untill one time i tried puttin a song from my computer onto the fone and it seemed 2 wipe EVERYTHING off it, pictures songs everything, and i dont know why because i had done it before and it was fine. im now looking to get a new phone but really dont know what!
any1 know of any good suggestions?

When i transfer songs from pc to mobile using file manager,it transfers smoothly.But the moment when i try to unplug it from mobile ,my pc restarts.I also reinstalled pc suite.But its not working.Please someone help me!! Thanks in advance...

I've had this phone for just over a year now and I still love it! The little orange joystick rubber hasn't fallen out (fingers crossed it won't). All you have to do to make sure it doesn't fall apart and have electronic freak outs is to love it enough not to throw it around and to always carry out regular software updates...

i cannot believe the amount of good comments about this phone i had three replacement phones and gave up trying was under contract and got fed up with company saying we'll fix it, worst phone i've ever had turns itself off randomly, sound dissapears when you answer phone so all there is is silence, turns itself onto silent mode, joystick select and up functions never work, amber thing on joystick does fall off i've finally finished my year and can upgrade and have never been happier to change phones i do not know one person who has not had trouble with this or the k750. i wouldnt take a sony ericson for free, think i'll go for a motorola, from experience they're much less hassle.

i bought this phone one year ago. the major problem accured on the camera cover. the phone on the camera automatically eventhought the cover was closed. until now, no one can figure out what had happend. other than this, i also feel the talking/mp3 hour for this phone is short. storage for inbox message is very limited, always show message full warning. video time also very limited, only 1 minute. can someone tell me why? I hope SE will improve this phone, bcz this is very good mp3 plus camera phone.

*READ*! *READ*!! *READ*!!! I bought this phone on the 30th November, 2005 at Lagos State, Nigeria, West Africa. Ever since, there has been no serious problem till 24th December last year. The problem I'm having is that "my Phone has refuse to on, when I switch it off to change SIM Card." I took it to ROYLLINE TECHNOLOGIES LTD, at Uyo in Akwa Ibom State since that's where is closer to me. They say "The Phone has Software problem and it needs to be Flash from a Computer." I refuse that cos my files will all get erased and the Phone will function again OR the Phone get damage for Life. I later took it to Calabar in Cross River State; the Technician says "It's Power IC and CPU problem." After giving him Days to fix it, he now inform me that he as try brand new Power IC and CPU, but to his surprise the phone just refuses to work. To him, the phone is okay but he can't just place the problem. When the Phone's switch on, the screen will just light up and goes blank. Nothing to display. I'M REALLY CONFUSED AND I NEED HELP SOON BEFORE SOMEONE GET MY PHONE SPOIL BY TRYING TO REPAIR IT. WORST, THERE'S NO SONY ERICSSON CUSTOMER CENTRE CLOSE BY ME THAT I'M AWARE OF. The volume of the person talking to me during a call is soo sooo low now a days in my w 800i... what shall i do to improve it???

how do you use the voice command for the contacts? i think it's used for voice dialing but i don't know how to dial with my voice... or whatever command its purpose is. thanks... email a_loresco@yahoo.com

I have used W700i and K750i currently using W810i which I think is the best among the 3, well if you want a walkman functions go for W800i or W700i, W800i has autofocus while W700i doesnt hav, both take good pix though and nice mp3 player.

I hav had this fone for bout 10 months now....never had any problem wit it other than it restarts sometimes wen i change themes or play some music file.....and to say bout the orange rubber on top the joystick....its still der....even after xtensive use of the joystick.....now thats amazing

How many messages can is store in my inbox......i always get "too many messages in your inbox"...
is there a way i can move all the messages into a folder........

with what converter should i convert aac files to put them into the phone ?'cause i convert them i the phone does't recgnoise them
