hey, i've already tried doin that. but still when i safely removed the USB still most of the songs i transfered are missing. could i have your email add? i'm planning to purchase a card reader. u think it would work better than using the cables...? does anyone experience the same thing with ya W800i?

How do you guys know if you purchased a fake, Used or a refurbished phone instead of a new one ? Is there any way to find out ? I was told to check the talk time and that the talk time cannot be erased from a phone, is that correct ?

Im a manual worker, and although my job doesnt involve really grimey work im concerned that this phone could get filthy real quick.

            Anyone else had this problem?

hi craig. you should know the folder your downloaded songs are going to. as for limewire, as a default, it is in "shared" subfolder inside the limewire folder. for convenience, make a shortcut of that folder on your desktop. you can use the steps i gave to norieghay to move or copy from ur computer to ur phone. i know it is so simple to many out there reading this forum.

norieghay, hi. when u connect ur phone to ur comptr using the usb cable, make sure that it really is connected by looking at the C:\ directory. ur phone's drive(removable drive)should be any after E: (might be F:, or G: and son on depending on whatever removable drive(s) is connected. u can also open those removable drives to see what folders and files are on them. sometimes even u connect the phone by usb cable it doesn't appear on the computer. now, assuming that ur mp3s are on a folder on ur comptr and with that folder opened, highlight one or all of the songs u want to move or copy to your phone, and on the left pane of the explorer window click on "move this file(or folder) and a folder tree window will appear. if u don't see the removable drive for ur phone, double click on "my computer" to open its contents. u should find ur drive there. double click again on that removable drive(usually F:) to open its contents and just click to highlight the folder u want to move ur songs to and then click the move or copy button below. after the transfer, u have to disconnect the cable first otherwise ur phone will not show whatever files you have moved to the phone.

i am havin a big problem in transfering mp3s on my w800i? When i do the transfering of mp3s, most of it are missing, even if i use the disc2phone program which goes with the W800i kit... I don't know why? Does anyone know how to do the mp3 transfering better? I am currently using the USB cable. Would the card reader do better for transfering?

If ur video is only 10 sec that means it's set for text message, change the shoot mode in settings while using the camcorder...

Ive had this [hone for about 6wks and I had to replace due to freezing of the screen, since then Ive had no probs.

Only thing I will moan about is the video clips only being a max of 10secs (wuss that all about) such a great phone shouldnt have this minor thing as a setback also how comes there is no caller groups? also can video be used as ringtones?...............alright well its more that one lil moan but what do ya expect ima female lol

Any soulutions to any of the above then holla and let me know..... muahz!

To people that have problems with their battery not being fully charged. im sure there is nothing wrong with ur phone and battery.. just because u charge it for hours and u go check the "phone status" and it still doesnt say 100% doesnt mean its not 100% .. just say ur listening to the radio with the speakers on.. u'll see ur battery meter go down pretty fast.. and once u turn it off.. u'll see ur battery meter go back up .. so it all depend on usage of ur phone.. just look at ur meter.. if its full than its 100% ..even if it say 93% or whatever.. it not a big deal

also its good to let ur battery run all the way down to zero and fully recharge it again once in a while
