awesome mobile phone.i purchased it weeks back.But this phone has every thing i am really satisfied with all its functions specially the remorte control function.sound quality is good with ear phones and the base speakers plays loud.

well i agree to zenyt... if you wanna choose between w810 and w800 then i too will suggest you to go for the former... i'm using this phone for last 6 months... and belive me it's simply amazing. i read different reviews about several phones... but finally i bought this one and i have reasons to boast for... first it does not have a joystick, thankgod.... then it has the best camera in it's class... and above all the walkman... which is at par to ipods... moreover this has got edge... which gives web browsing a new dimension all together... with this phone you can open a online share trading site... which is not possible on a nokia 6300... i've tried it myself. for more clarifications you can read my other posts in this forum... hope it helps you to get this phone...

This phone is not capable of installing *.sis
files. I believe that those type of files
are only for smart phones... *.sis will only install on symbian operating system and
not on proprietary operating systems like
the w810 has installed. It's a great phone,
I own one for 3 months now, and had no
problems with it. I hope this information was useful and you should definetly go
for *.jar files on it.

sis files are usually for nokia phones you need to get jar files for the ericssons.

@michael...i can recommand u the w810i..you're on w810i forum after all :))..seriously now:the 2 phones are allmost the same in functions ..but w800 has a joystick..that can mean problems..no edge..etc..so go for w810i :).very good value for money

W810i is now a strong grandpa(bcoz of its age). It is still a successful phone here in India and is of high demand.
No disadvantage at all with this phone. If any one says so then the person a fool.....

its a great phone i just switch to this model from w300i .I just want to know if your mp3 ringtone is just seconds because mine is just for seconds when i switch to a whole song i just want to if there's any solution? Thanks in advance....

hello friends it is humble request of help i ve got virus in my w810i beacause of a file shared with a friend through bluetooth and symptoms were that whenever i open my inbox i see a sms duplicated and when i open it it becomes UNKNOW SENDER and some thing like this @{_(9*&6$%$$4#22$%66 but when i switched it off and then opened the display was gone all it shows was the battery sign and the signal sign ... what should i do now please please help me i willl really apreciate that im really worried

I don't wanna argue with anyone here, but just visit urself on Google.Com,your mobile phone reviews UK,Best buys & see there,you will see more Nokia handsets in top 16,at No.1=Samsung F300,No.2=Nokia 6300,No.3=Se k810i & so on....then correct me I may be wrong,don't need of mentioning Pseries bcoz Eseries of Nokia is also there...

the n95 is a mini pc..with a 5 mp camera ..till now SE doesn't have that...cause this doesn't really cover market needs...usually a business man that want office apps and others..doesn't care about the camera..so p1 is great for that..who want's a camera goes for a camera phone (and doesn't need a bulky computer with gps a nd office )...for me ..the best phone from nokia is 8800 sirocco ..all about class&style and shameless money..even if is rubbish :)

dear @sa ..i'm sorry to disappoint u ..but the 6300 isn't selling for his 16 mil display ..usually the main reason that this device is selled is because ppl are ignorants:"oh is so small",or flat or etc..it's been bought by ppl that are searching for a small device with some camera and etc ..the ones that goes for quality and good price ..will always go for s.e.pls enter the 6300 forum and u will see the after buying opinions..it's like a cold shower :)

I know wht I mentioned in 1st post. Thnx for that. I differ it with normal multimedia phones like 6300, 6233, 5300, 5700, N70, N72, N80…etc. not with a full multimedia device! SE is much better than those! But the prob. is u always differ with a full multimedia package. U can’t differ SE with N93, N95. If SE has a total mutimedia package like those then u can; unfortunately still u r differing! N95 is totally different from other N-series. It’s a mini form like smart phones & windows mobile! Even smart phones & windows mobile r even better than N95…
N95 will also be beaten in camera with the upcoming SE’s k850i… don’t worry! Nokia still inferior from SE in camera as well as walkman & will be. One of the big prob in N-series is they always hang but SE doesn’t. They have good software from Nokia. So which 1 is better hanging or without hanging?
If u think that 6300 is one of the best seller now-a-days for 16million colour display then it’s a crap! There r also 16 million colour sets from Nokia why they r not selling like 6300 then? Speaking of best seller… SE’s k750i, w800i is still going & going & going… they didn’t have 16 million colours like 6300, but still they r one of the top best seller & going. Even k800i, w810i, w880i…! So same goes to u… don't think about that, people know what they want... Best of Luck u too.

Thanks at least you have mentioned the differences of N& kseries,Now read your 1st post carefully where you have mentioned,"There are some SE phones even better than Nokia"Now tell me where are SE phones which can beat N93,N95?they can't be from kseries bcoz everyone knows k800i,k810i are only better cameraphone but overall they can't beat N95 with 5mp camera and much more,well I know 16million colour display sucks the battery even then 6300 is one of the best seller now_a_days so don't think about that,people know what they want...Best of Luck.
