AKR i have both phones w810 is better in
1-camera 2- video 3-mp3 player 4- headphones
5-dosent hang even if u have most of the memory full or even full memory
6-brighter screen 7-the os is so cool i love it
3250 better in :
1-the speaker is louder
2-the screen is bigger but w810 have brighter screen
3-so slow phone
and something that i dont like in 3250 that its os big as an mp3player

look .. w810 is not better than 3250 its much much better .. better sound quality espichally in headphones better camera memory upto 4 gb .. much faster than 3250 better screen ( even its smaller ) look my 2 of my friends have 3250 and when i got the w810 they got mad cause w810 rocks .. believe me its better ( in camera + mp3)but the speaker is louder in 3250

i want to buy sony ericsson w810i but my friend told me that nokia 3250 is better than w810i.how much the memory can be extented in this phone some say that 2gb some say that 4gb.how is the quality of sound and camera.does it hang frequently due to large storage.
IF ANY ONE WHO HAS EXPERIENCED BOTH THE PHONE MENTIONED ABOVE FROM THEM I WANT TO KNOW WHICH OF THE PHONE IS BETTER.

i frequently use the w810i as modem with my computer and i fill that it is slow,can ayone help me with,how to use it as a modem.And sadly it looks cheaper

This is to let u know that ur w810 is best in all aspects don't pay any attention to anyone how's have some wrong information about ur w810 it is the best phone i've ever had.
If someone says anything wrong about this phone just take it as he don't know about this phone .
Bcoz a person Garry has shared his thoughts with us but i think he don't know or he is a new user of sony well on the counter part i can say what ever he can get in this phone
Well u can save bthdays of ur buddys in contacts and there is a way to use a mobile phone if u use like a phone it will not work but if u use it as a device of sevrel application then it will be ur pal
I've heard that playing games in phones make them hang using more applications at the same time make it more difficult but since i use this phone it all seems myths.
well in short this phone is all in one mobile which got every thing u no need to download diff useless softwares which u never ever use
IF U HAVE ANY QUESTION ABT UR PHONE OPEN IT AND SEARCH FOR IT U WILL FIND IT SOME WHERE ELSE USE THE MANUAL

response to Social guy . I have the white w810i and it hasnt got dirty yet, if it does its pretty easy to wipe clean. I got mine for only £149.99 at o2 store with a speaker dock

I have been using this model for 6 months now. Its been very nice, and compatible. The process is quite faster than othr recent models.

If this phone supports a 4GB MSPD even SE saying it wont support, then all other phones from Nokia and Motorola for example can do the same right? Then it will be no longer a exclusive good point of this phone the laaarrgeee memory capacity...

A few ppl complained the the person u are talking to says the background noise is high. I guess that just shows the sensitivity of Sony's mics in teh phone. On my W600i, its the same thing. ppl on the other end say that it sounds loud. I like it =) Partly because i know ppl will always be able to hear me.

i have this mobile for 15 days now with 2GB memory stick. still no hangs with my phone yet, i have currently 350 songs on my memory stick.
a little tip for those who have hanging problems with their phones, store themes, ringtones in phone memory not on memory stick.
don't ever try to full the memroy stick, always try to keep some space free.
give ur mobile a little bit time when it hangs and don't rush to romove its battery etc.
remember a mobile is a mobile after all and its not a computer, it will certainly take some for processing things, take example of new Nseries mobiles, they are very slow.
this mobile isn't slow but with large memory stick size u should give it some time.

Mirzaaaaa.....the k750 is adequate but if you need faster browsing speeds....alongside the music....get the w810. U will also get better stereo headset with w810 than k750.

i bought this phone and now it's almost a month, i like the phone a lot.good functions,,,,but one thing,,that i didn,t like in this fone,,,the screen is too smsll.

garry... u dont know any thing about the phone the w810 is the best .. and if u didnt put any thing in nokia it still hang .. SE is much better than nokia man .. and as bob said u can you can also add information on your contacts abuot their birthdays etc, and get reminders every year!

Pls can anyone help me? i bought the W810i from cingular and it does not accept MP3 music as ringtones, but will accept as alarm tone or message tone...i need it to accept my MP# tones from my memory card as ringtines.

To Garry....the phone is good in that you can set reminders, aniversaries etc. In addition, you can also add information on your contacts abuot their birthdays etc, and get reminders every year!
As for the memory stick hanging, well, for certain files to get processed, they require some little free memory. Examples are theme files where the sizes vary.

I have this W810i for almost 3 weeks and still I am surprised of all the features this phone has.
I have no bad thing to tell about this phone.
Only one question: I bought this phone in Belgium, and would like to install the Croatian language in this phone. So I also need cyrillic alphabet for sending messages in crotian language...
