hello hello!! the phone DOES NOT cost between [900-1200] thats obsurd!! its probably only 480$ by now or maybe cheaper. and the sound quality is great! it's just tt it's soft.. MY FAV FONE!! ive kept it for alrdy 3mths:D. but dont overuse it, it gets malfunctions quite easily if you sms too much.. thats wat i got from ALOT ALOT of ppl.

I luv diz fon...I had it 4 a month after i sell my W550(dat troubled me)... It's far better than W550..It's the best fon i've ever used....

Hi...i whant to change the menu icons of the phone, if i change the theme only change is the background and some colors..i heard that the skin is responsable of icons,so how can i do that...thanks

yea, i don't know then. I barely use the profile. I don't think there is an upgrade available for this phone either.

I too face the same problem... Im unable to change melody for each profile,,, it takes the last melody i changed as ring tone and sets it for the rest profiles,,, can som1 help me?

you should be able to, I don't see why not. I don't think my fone has same volume setting, melody for each profile..if i'm reading your problem correctly...

all depends on what features you want on your phone. Keep reading the reviews here and see what you think about it and compare it to the other phone. If you like a phone that's small, sleek, stylish, go for this phone.
I like this phone, not only it has my name, but with 2 "s", but it's small, strong phone with massive features, world phone, stylish, i love the walkman too and tons more.
But more importantly, any phone is good because you'll end up having to buy another phone in 2 - 3 years right?
So go with whatever you like, it's not like this is the last phone on earth, or this will be the last phone that you'll be using lol.. hope this helps.

you can charge it 2 ways, using the USB that came with it and plug it to your USB port on your computer, but you must install the drivers for it which it should automatically if you have windows XP, also, once all the drivers are installed it will start to charge it self.
Another way is to use the 110AC plug adapter that came with your phone and basically just plug the end of the cord to the wall, and the other end to the bottom of the phone, and once plugged in, you'll see "optimized charging" or something like that.

why should it affect the performance of the phone if it supports a 4GB memory? I'm getting the 4GB soon, so i can stop using my 4gb ipod nano and use the phone for pretty much everything. hehe

thnx..by the way, if i will put 4GB of memory, it cannot effect the performance of the phone? or the performance of the phone will become slowly? other thing is, how you charge the phone? just the same to others or its different..?

It is really an excellent phone..i like this phone..i bought w810i a month ago & everything is FINE..i give 9.9/10!!!

Hello
I’ve just bought a SE w810i phone 2 days ago. I'm a former k500i user.
Today I had a big and unpleasant surprise: I can’t set a different melody for profiles, thing that could be done on k500i. As an example:
Normal profile: Volume 5, Melody: bulls eye
Meeting profile: Volume 1, Melody: metro
The phone takes the last volume setting and melody and sets it to all profiles.
Is this a problem, or it is normal? In the user manual I couldn’t find any info for my problem.
If this is normal, the profile are useless, phones 5 years old have this option.....
