thnx..by the way, if i will put 4GB of memory, it cannot effect the performance of the phone? or the performance of the phone will become slowly? other thing is, how you charge the phone? just the same to others or its different..?

to put music on your phone.. just connect the usb that came with the phone.. or get a memory card reader for your computer.

I don't use disc2phone to transfer songs to the phone. I either use a USB for it and have my computer detect the drivers for it, which took about.. 5 - 10 minutes. Or, if you have a laptop, you can take the memory stick out, stick it in your laptop and just copy the music you like their under the audio folder i think. But, if you don't have a laptop, your best possible choice is to use USB, and just copy the songs to the phone card drive listed in "My Computer", and look for the audio folder. good luck.

i love this phone, i no longer need to use my ipod nano, now that this phone has 4gb of memory ^_^

hi guys!!! i'm in the mood for some question answering so i wish this things would help.
first off, for those searching for themes, wallpapers, tones, videos (all kind of stuff). I recomend zedge.net, it has lot of lots of themes and some funny videos, too. hope you'll find some pretty neat themes...
second, sound? um.. for me, its ok.. i've been using it for almost a month now and i would say it's one of the coolest music phones ever made... only prob is.. (as with the review on this site..) in the walkman player, the track name doesn't scroll. so if you have songs with long names.. you wont be able see it all. another thing is with the Disc2Phone tranfer of music.. once you transfer your mp3 to the phone, its filename is "Track1." ew.. not nice... I can't change it... if its cureable, please help me!
what else? um.. with teh "W" logo thing.. yeah.. i think so.. "W" stands for WALKMAN so its for WALKMAN PHONE only. ayt?

The sound quality is good but the speaker volume is too much slow even when I set the ringtone at full(8). I compare the sound of W810i with one of cheaper set of SE and find the cheaper one is louder then my W810i. I have tried all its Bass, Mega Bass etc. but it could not effect the speaker sound. If anyone know about how to increase the speaker sound.

If anyone needs wallpapers, themes, games for free ! they should setup an account at the sony ericsson website using their imei number ! its totally free , just watch your data useage cause mine is 5c/kb !

if your going for a music phone go for w810=) both mainly the same but the firmwares are different and some features might be different.

The "W" logo stands for walkman. if it doesn't have the "W" logo it isn't a walkman phone.

Is that every sony erisson's walkman phone must have a logo "W" down there?Without the logo,is it not a 100% pure phone?

the display is good, the keyboard isnt hard to press, the menu is so easy, i do not recommend nokia you know why? If you get used to a brand of the phone.. you would usually like their menu, etc. the menu is much easier than nokia compared to this phone. this phone is the best.

Hello!I've just bought a W810i. I have a problem. In the User Guide they say the phone plays AAC. I also have a Nokia 6233 and it has some AAC tones. I sent one to the W810i but it doesn't recognize the file. Do you know why?If someone can help me please give me an email.
PS: The phone is not as I expected. The keyboard is hard to press. Menu is complicated, display not so good. I recommend you NOKIA.
