    hi!

    sorry i didn't see the manual in the options. but did everybody got their phone with non english manual. that's funny because it's suppose to be international phone. no biggie the phone still rocks. another question for the people from USA, can you use this phone on Cingualr, rite now i have it under T-mobile but just wondering if i can use it under Cingular also. thanx!

      hi!

      i just bought this phone over the weekend. the manual that came with the phone is in german, and i can't read German. did everybody get this phone with the manual in German. i need the instructions in English. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanx!

                  @Awais, this is fix doesn't work on w810, as it is CID49. Even if it did, it would void your warranty.

                    i am not able to surf on my s e 810i i have airtel connection in india. but this phone connect to pc it works fine, what is the problem suggest me.

                      this is a good fone
                      i think the hissing is in the older software versions of this fone.
                      volume is amazing but not tooo loud

                        It's nice smart to me. specially music and headphone. But I need a option I can't restrict incoming call specially (one or two number).

                          Solution to the hiss problem:

                          download this file first, then download FAR manager from http://www.farmanager.com/
                          then download SEFP(SE Flash program) plugin needed for FAR manager, download this plugin from http://forums.se-nse.net/index.php?showtopic=3666
                          place this plugin in program files/FAR/Plugins folder. Now start FAR manager, press Alt+F1,choose SEFP and press enter. Choose the DCU-60 cable and press enter again. Your can now access your phone.
                          Go to the folder (left screen) ifs/settings/acoustic using FAR. Delete the files mentioned in the rar in the first post. Just highlite the files using mouse or arrow keys and press shift + delete. FAR will ask a confirmation to delete the file. Delete all mentioned files using this command.

                          Then go to de folder (right screen) where you extracted the file(No Hissing.rar).
                          Use shift + arrow keys to select all files. Just drag the files to the ifs/settings/acoustic folder. Confirm the copy.

                          Restart your phone (just remove your battery and put it back when needed) and ... The hissing is gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                            Hi Mahesh,

                            To copy contacts from SIM, goto contacts > options > advancec >copy from SIM. That's it.

                              Hey guys,

                              wen i autofocus with my camera.. i have this crackling sound from it.. its not loud or anythin.. but it just bothers me.. does all ur w810 does that sound too?

                                This phone is the best.. its loud, dependable and other good things.. i would prefer for music lovers, that u put a 1-2G memory card in them..

                                  the sound volume of the w810 isnt that low... if you want to listen to loud music.. then go buy a good speaker and plug your mp3 to it instead of using this phone to listen music on if u dont like the volume of the phone.

                                    yeaa .... w810 rocks ... no is not true !!! all new sony er product's like w810 v630 k610 k800 k790 l'l check only these modells and compare with an old k750 with w800 software and ... surprise !!! the new models and l think all new models have a poor level of sound in earphone !!! if u don't belive me try and compare an w800, k750 or d750 with any new models and u wi'll see a big ! big ! difference !!! the sound is lower !!! and l hate this thing ... and i'l think to not buy sony er again ... till dhey not resolve this problem !!! lol ! try and see !!! that l'm right !!!

                                      I Read all comments about all the mobiles in this website and i found this mobile to be best convincing of all other mobiles.

                                      Actually i am planning to buy w800i for this new year.My base requirement is a good camera,video recording with a better battery back up.

                                      I did compared with nokia,LG,Samsung 2 meg pixel camera series and i could notice lot of complaints and dis satisfaction about them,but the difference this phone has made here is complaints are minimal and the price is dirt cheap compared to other models as nothing is perfect in this world.

                                      Three complaints i noticed about this phone is ==>navigating to menu
                                      ==>less battery back up
                                      ==>no cover for camera
                                      Is there a way to eliminate this three disadv and use this phone in a better way
                                      or can you guys suggest me a better phone at a decent price,once again my base requirement is good camera and video recording along with good blue tooth connectivity as i have ipod for my music
