hi i am now using 6681 nokia. i want to know that sony w810i is better than nokia. my friends told me sony has only 1 yr life time only. pls reply me.. thanking you..........

hey guys, does the american w810 (sold in the US) have support for other languages, like spanish and brazilian portuguese (menu >> settings >> language >> phone languages)?

the w810i and w810 has no difference. Yes, you can play 3d games and use dictionary on the w810 but it has to be java.

@Awais @lastikcizme is right. W810 has CID49 and it can't be accessed by DCU-60 cable.
Any suggestions please ???????????

i like his phone because all other sony ericssons have toggles and mine and everyone elses who i know had a toggle broke so im glad this one has a button. the memory on it is very good and the camera is a very clear picture

i own this phone its wkd since i got 2 of my frends got it it has a 2mp camera n fit a 2gb memory card in it same as an ipod lol it has remarkable battery life takes only 2hrs charge i highly recomend this phone

I have choose this gadget by sorting amost all handsets, You can just count the facilities it give seperately & count the cost then you will able to come the true value ot it.Amezing device i ever see.

we can copy the sim contacts to phone:
1.go to contacts
2.select "option"
3.select "advanced"
4.select "copy contacts to phone"
5.then select "copy all numbers"

about the text messaging thing not working. i had the same problem. i couldn't send a message for nothing and i couldn't figure out why so i just exchanged it for a new one at my local cingular store within the 30 day exchange policy.

you can use it with cingular if your phone is unlock. unlocked phones can be used with most of the gsm carriers.

Hiya guys. I got this phone for Christmas, absolutely brilliant phone!!! I have one problem, I can't send a normal text message, it isn't even included on the 'write new' menu, all there is is options to write an MMS or a Voice message. I rang Orange yesterday to register and I haven't had a text back yet to configure the phone. Does anyone know why ths is, and have any of you had the same problem??? Thnx
