I'd recommend the W810 over the W710 any day. For one big reason, the camera on the W710 is pretty bad, cuz it doesn't have autofocus, which I believe is much more important than bluetooth stereo :D

hi please help
i only have one chance of buying a cellphone this holiday season
am stuck bet w810 and w710
like features of w810 better than w710
but w810 is about 9 months old and w710 2 months
710 has bluetooth stereo also whwn closed outer butttons help control mp3 player and it feels like a normail mp3 player but w810 has better quality headphones and also jack to use our own
cost is nearly same for bth
my priority is good mp3 like a standlonemp3 player
both are good which is confusing
don't you think so
please HELP ALL

Hey guys.
My other half bought this phone a week ago, its a great little phone but I have a question about the photos.
I bluetoothed a photo from my K800i to this w810 and to her preious nokia 6230i. The Nokia showed the images no problem, but the w810 shows them as plurry or slightly pixelated. I am surprised that the quality is not as good.
Does anyone have any reason why ?

Yes the external speakers are avaliable in pakistani markets. just go to the Mobile Zone Outlets anywhere in Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad u can find it. I also have the speakers and i liked it very much.

the best eva fone since em using cell !! i bought it after selling out N3250 .. n it wasnt a bad deal really .. SE rocks!! !

had've my SE for a few months now and it is easily the best phone i've ever had. My previous phone the nokia 6230 (as people who have had it before know that it is good) was great i thought it would be hard to follow but with the SE W810 it blew me away. The walkman has great sound quality and i've had to ditch my ipod because it is so goood. The set up is simple, got used to it in a couple of days.
A great phone not to be under-estimated.

of course the w810 is better than the k750! read the specifications of each one and you'll see why.

A: I Think you should take your phone back to the store you bought it and ask what's going on, unless you spend many hours playing 3D games 'cos this drains the battery. Listening to music make the battery run out of juice fast as well. I've read that if you play music 9 hours straight the battery runs out. Try this two tips though:
- Decrease the display brightness to 50%, I assure you'll get used to it, first i thought it was bad but then I got used to the less bright screen. At 50% its still better than many phones out there. The other thing you can to is go to Settings/Connectivity/Data Comm. and on Preferred Services set it to GSM Only. Doing this two thing made my battery last from 1 day and a half to 4 days!! And the cool thing is the GPRS and Edge still work even if the preferred service is not set to GRPS and Edge. And also check if bluetooth is not on and infrared as well.

I have it for 4 months now. i love it but...i cannot have a neat conversation while driving. the communication often breaks. any hint ?

I'm from Brazil and bought this great little phone a week ago and it came with an old firmware, I think it came with the first release. I'm not having any problem so far, but I wanted to update it anyway. I tried the SE Update Service, but the damn thing keeps telling me that my phone has the newest software installed, but I'm sure it doesn't! Anybody knows how to make that SE update thing work? Thanks for any help!
