it's a great phone but why cant i upload videos from the pc to the phone. it transfer music but videos dont play.

I(was Nokia guy) until I read about the W810i then I got one. I had 6230 and i thought that was wicked, then it was stolen and then I got a 6230i Nokia and I though this was the ultimate Simple but powerful and packed with features. Then I got the W810i and I can tell you this is the best phone I have ever had. With this phone u don't need a MP3 player or a camera, this is a 3 in 1 device. The camera quality is better than that on most phones and the MP3 is proper. The only fault with my phone is that it did not come with the speakers instead I got an audio cable. But I have never bought a phone and been so satisfied with it.

its really the best phone .. simply all in one.. it has everything in it and with high quality..it will really hit the market..go ahead with no doubts in mind

The best phone I had. Excellent sound. Excellent quality. Great 2.0 Mp Cam. Great screen. Great battery stamina. The 176 x 220 x 256 TFT screen let you enjoy very good quality pictures. The handsfree included has excellent quality sound. And the 512 Mb MS Duo turns your W810 in a sort of PDA. You can carry with you music, pictures or small documents. The software included and the downloadable are very good too, specially the Theme Creator

I got this phone 2 days ago, i must say, its music is awesome and in india they sell now with 2 small speakars which are just great... the camera I didn't find that great as mentioned in the review and also the camera buttons don't suit my taste (lefty guy)... also the key pad is a bit hard.
there is an equilizar theme which is excellent...
menu - esp activity menu, animation, sound, functionality wise this phone rocks...
no way to repeat appointments directly :-((
headphone block all outside sound... seems dangerous... at times..

well, you ask if which is better? d600 and w810? it's bias in here, most of us here are w810 users, so obviously we'll say that the best is w810... hehe... both are excellent! just cmpare the specs and opinions of the phones ....and decide! d600-corporate/executive styles; w810- sports type! heheh

no need to buy mp3 if u have this phone..when u stuck ur headphone inside ur ears..u would know how it feels like..

yes! that's right! don't use the light when you have the crystal case, coz' the light reflects back.. and for those who are asking how to make mp3s ass you ring tone , just go to "settings", then go to "sounds & alerts" and then select "ringtone" and WALLAH! just select any mp3s you stock on your phone... hehe just explore your w810 man! hehe.. im just wondering if sony also plans to release a w810 with 3g..plus with a lens cover lyk w800 n w700... hehe it maybe called w815.. just hoping so... how cool is that? Mabuhay!

Re my previous post about the blurred screen when using camera w/light on, SOLVED ALREADY. The problem is in the improvised crytal casing, so when I remove the crystal case...everythings nOrMaL. Tnx Ppol!

The sony erricson is the best fone i've had, does everything..
Also to answer the question of video playback - you can play most avi/mpeg/dvd ripped movies after you convert them to 3gp format, which is available for free download.

unlikely that wma will work on this phone- just mp3, mpepg4, and acc.
also, i'm currently running a 4 gig genuine Sony MemoryStick Pro Duo with no problems.
