ohh and also, to fast forward and pause during a film ect, u have to open the vidoe using the walkman button and then go to videos. u can also use full screen in this mode aswell. i also had the same problem with the light, when the battery is about 3.5 bars or less full it starts happening. it could be just because the battery is low but i find that to be rather stupid if that is the reason.

Maybe your resolution is too high. I had the same problem, but you've to convert the files to .mp4 with resolution 176 x 144. A good converter is WinXMedia Converter.

Ok..i've had the phone 2 days, and here are my thoughts.
Overall...love it. Nice design, and works well. I mainly wanted it as an mp3 player and it does that well. It supports playlists, but using the phone menu, it could become a bit tedious. I didn't really like the bundled software so uninstalled it.
Using the usb cable is very slow, i just put the card in a MSD reader and it's 10 times quicker.
I converted some mp4 movies and it works ok, the small screen is not ideal, but so be it. The annoying thing is that you can't pause or resume or fast forward. (as far as I can tell anyway). If you watch a show, you have to watch it from start to finish. if you stop it, then you have to start from the beginning and you can't fast forward...seems stupid to me.
The phone hasn't hung or crashed on me like my 700i used to. Also bluetooth reliability is much improved. I would always lose connection with my 700i and x3 headset, yet with the 810i, i haven't lost a connection yet
As for the picture quality, as someone pointed out already. It's a phone with a camera feature, it's got a crap lens and will never compare to a digital cam so don't expect good shots out of them. A 5year old 1.3mp digicam will blow any "camera phone" out of the water. It's all about the lens and a phone is too small to work as a decent camera. Don't buy this phone because you think 2mp will give you nice shots. It's a nice to have feature and that's it. personally, i never use the feature and would rather have not have a camera but a smaller phone instead.
Only bug i've found so far is the light flashes sometimes instead of staying on solid. And by the way, it's not a "Flash", it's a light, which might help in dark situations.
I've always been a nokia man as the phones were always simple to use and reliable. abou 2yrs ago i took the plunge and bought the 700i. The SE's have nice features and look great, but they are not as robust as the nokias in my opinion. Stickers fall of, charging contacts break, phone hangs, joystick's stop working..etc. I've had all these with my 700i. Never had an issue with a Nokia. The problem with the nokia is that to me, they don't look very nice and always seem to be playing catch up. The philosophies are different if you ask me. Nokia is slow and steady, quality product. SE is leading edge, but with problems.
Lastly, some of you people really need to stop being so lazy and quit asking ridiculously simple questions. Go to the website and the information is all there for you. There's a lot of usefull posts here, but there's as many stupid ones...it just makes it harder and more tedious to find relevant info. If you want to know what memory card it supports or if it has a radio....LOOK IT UP ! I guarantee you you'll get an answer a lot quicker.

I have W800i and my sister has W810i. So I will make comparisons here between the 2 models.
Differences between W800i and W810i
1. Networks: W800i is triband but W810i is quadband
2. Edge: Absent in W800i
3. Lens cover: Absent in W810i
4. Internal memory: 34mb for W800i but 20mb for W810i
5. Phone size: W800i is 100 x 46 x 20.5 mm, slightly thicker than W810's 100 x 46 x 19.5 mm
6. EMS: Absent in W810i
7. Talk time: W800i claims to have longer standby and talk time. I can't really feel the difference when using it. So basically, they have the same battery life.
9. Phone book: 500 entries for W800i and 1000 for W810i
10. The obvious ones: W810i's colour and re-designed keys.
Q: Which one should I get/Which one is better?
A: If both phones COST THE SAME or ALMOST cost THE SAME, get W810i. The joystick in W800i is the major gripe to me. Though W810i lacks a camera lens cover, its lens is slightly recessed, making it much less prone to scratching as most people believe to be. And W810i looks cooler than W800i.
However, W810i costs much more than W800i in my area. (Its price is almost doubled) The extra money is not worth the new functions/designs IMO. Unless you are obsessed with W810i and don't mind spending more for it, W800i is a more worthy choice.

Angie,
If Band E is FOC then I don't think you can get it any cheaper than that...unless there's extras that I don't know about.
