Best phone IMO. I bought i new in 2007 and have since lost it. Ive gone thru a half dozen or so phones returning them because im just not satisfied. Im a security professional so there are some features here that i really liked but hadnt found elsewhere:
*built in 'Flashlight'
*Really durable (i threw it at someone once)
*push record
*Java makes hacking fun during boring times
*featured in a James bond film
*wicked battery life
Things i didnt like:
*No wifi
*No bottle opener or retractable tools
*sony (evil) memory cards
*battery kaput after only 1.5years
*rare hang after inserting mem card
Great phone for the $, im actually just about to order a new one. Its almost now 2009 and i still choose this phone.

W710 is good but still cant beat W810
K550i is a camera phone, so its loudspeaker isnt as loud as W810's

in my opinion, the phone battery is last long...
i've use this phone for 3 days accordingly without charge it and it still can last...
i'll charge the phone for 2 hours and can last long for 2 days..
it will take for me years to talk this phone...
if u have a problem with the battery, its not a major problem...
u can change the battery...

as far as i use it didnt giv any problem...
i'm satisfy wit using it...
keypad ok...
camera quality good...
sound is ok...

mina, 24 Sep 2008is it true that sony ericson brand take long hours in charg... moreNope, an empty battery takes one hour tops to charge. Whoever told you so maybe had a completely discharged battery. That takes about 3 hours to juice up.
