Hey fellas. I totally disagree wit the person dat said W810 is better than Nokia N70 or N72. I have W810 and N70. U can neva compare Nokia with any other. No matter what Happens,N70 is far better than W810. N70 is a symbian phone which makes it unique. It has video call with 3G while W810 doesnt hav any of this. N70 has better longer battery life. W810 is also a good phone in terms of mp3 music but i assure u 100% that N70 is the best. No other phone can ever beat Nokia phone. Kudos to them.

THis baby is amazing,u can copy paste on it like a smartphone,walkman player sound quality compares to ipods' and in some songs,ths babys' sound quality is much much bettr than the ipod,u can update ur firmware easily over the air;no need 4 a computer and a usb connection,the 2MP camera tops all the other 2mp in its range cuz of the autofocus,the screen though 176 by 220 pixels and 262k colours is as crisp n bright as hell and when compared to the n70,the n70 one looks like its 96 by 128 and @ 65k colours.THis baby is simply awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very intelligently designed & formed. I recommend this phone for those a few, wirh tan excellent tastes that never wears out. This phone is a phone for life.

Used the w810i for over 2 years before upgrading recently to w890i. Its a really good phone, stable and solid. Only had a rare crash or display error which resolved on turning off/on.
Fell off the table a few times while in vibrate mode and it flew out of my hand once when I almost tripped over something, and still working as normal.
Battery life is good, about 3-4.5 days while on for 24 hours with normal usage (some calls, SMSes, a little mp3 listening, playing some java games). Even after 2 years the battery life remains as good as new.
The flash and autofocus is a really useful feature, especially missed after switching to the w890i!
The camera lens should be cleaned with some care, there's a little layer over it that came off when I cleaned it a few times with a cloth, but the picture quality wasn't affected.
Picture quality is really good, even the night shots come out quite clear, but there's a slight delay after pressing the shutter in night shot mode so you'll have to hold it there for a moment else you would end up with a blurry image.

hi iam dilip 15 yer=ars boy from india.i had w810i for 5 months.it is the best fone,even compared 2 nokia fones.now i hav a n95-1.bcoz i wanted 5 mp symbian fone.when compared to 2mp fone even nokia's n70,n72,n76 get beated when compared 2 sony w810's 2MP camera.it is one of the rare fones with autofocus in 2 MP cam.becoz only less fones hav 2MP autofocus.the head phone effect is fantastic.so any1 who want 2 buy 2MP fones,i recommend to buy this.it can take excellent photos.but video capture is not that good,but median,due 2 15 FPS.

and then u connect the usb cable from ur cell to the pc and open the program to download all tha u want , from pics, videos, songs or themes.

the best phone that i ever had. i took the pictures of some of the most memorable moments of my life with the 2MP autofocus camera. no offense but i didnt find a better 2MP phone. listened to excellent music with the walkman during travel time from home to work. those earplugs where the best. put them in your ear and you wont hear anything else except whats coming out of them. i never had a problem with the phone may it be hardware or software related even if ive dropped it several times. i recommend this phone to anyone who wants what their money's worth. im planning to buy a new phone, but im keeping this as a second phone. im planning to buy a W890. because of this phone, i became a sony ericsson loyalist:)

I was doubtful about its user friendliness compared to Nokia....but it proved to to be even better!!
Awesome sound with those ear bud type phones...quality is better than the iPod...Mega Bass is the greatest thing ever...
If you enjoy music on this phone...You'll never want an iPod!!
I use a 512MB MS pro duo card and the phone is fast even if filled to the brim...
Camera is ideal for outdoor shots... dim scenes show up a lot of noise in the photos...
A lens cover would have been ideal..as it does get finger smudges on it...
I get 2 days of battery life with heavy calls and music..
PS:
I got my LCD screen replaced recently as some dead rows of pixels appeared on the screen.I got it replaced in 2 days.
The phone does not read any songs from the MS card when switched ON in Music mode...Not a good feature...
W810i is the best affordable walkman phone ever!!

i could say that this is the best handphone ever compared to my other 5 phones. i advice to those who wondering to buy, just buy this phone. its worth ur money.!

Amazingly well rounded handset, records phone calls, takes decent pictures, Flash doubles up as a torch, fast functioning & extremely durable.

Hey Dani! Its me again. I saw on Sony Ericsson's website dat W810 can carry 4GB capacity. Must it be a Memory Stick Duo Pro so dat there wont be problems of d phone not performing at its very best?
