I bought the 2gb card off the net. £40 inc VAT and P&P. It's the proper sony one and not the sandisk.

ppl have sed the camra is no good is it betta dan da w800i? is the video recording gud on this phone betta dan the w800i? also is the navigation slow i hate slo phones?

the quality onthe walkman and radio is spot on and also comes with great in ear headphones and also is great quality through thr speakers and is quite loud!

hi sony ericsson lovers, i need to know please when it will be available in dubai and bahrain. looks cool and battary holds upto 7 1/2 hrs. its great for heavy users. good luck all .

Woops, slightly bias towards the W810, but forgot to mention that both phones have dedicated loudspeakers which you can even hear in a loud place (ie. nightclubs or for Canadians the Eaton center).
I've only hear the 810 in this aspect, but I do think that the 850 will have greater quality with it's megabass feature and speaker position/design.
Also, does W850's 900 band work as well on the 850 band?
And if I've forgotten anything in compairing the two W-series' please add.

If anyone's compairing this phone to the W810i, 810's better.
The 2.0 Walkman software upgrade doesn't have any specific complements from reviews and from people who use it and the navigation on this phone is slightly more needy to get used to. As well, this phone does not have AT though the larger lens makes up for that, I'd trust quality over physics anyday.
Another thing is that this phone just doesn't seem as appealing in either colors unlike the 810, in my view.
The only added is the special sliding design and vox-bar that lights up under the gold/silver embelm near the screen.
3Gs an added as well by having the cabability of the 2ndry cam VT function.
The EDGE tech on the 810 runs at the same speed and for Canadians, have better reception with the 850 band. Plus, they're ready to have the same call quality with the 900 band cabability too.
Tell me if I'm wrong on any part, because I'm still looking and debating on getting either the W810i or W850i.
(Also, the SE website for US/CAD shows on their phone roster [not their 'click here for details and features page'] W850 is official for release)
