o i have no problem with this fone! no crack or anything.. ca anyone send me a pic of the d-pad cracked?! i want to see it! plsssssssssss.. thank u! :P

nope, my D-pad don't crack, actually it depends on the quality of your phone,, u know,, even though u have same model, the quality might be diferrent.. But mine don't have any problem like cracking.. I really like the external part of w850, it's so strong,, until now,, i put my phone together with my key and anything that may scratch my phone but my phone don't have any scratch on it.. I dropped it and it still have no scratch at all... But it also depends on how reckless you use your phone there

Gr8 fone. Hve for a few months now no problems. 1st i thought video call cam had prob but l8er realised it ws due to bad lightin conditions.Battery is also gud. 1st few charges are week as battery is still new but after sum tym it bcomes normal.

Just got the phone about 2 weeks ago, and it's a wonderful phone, fast charging and good quality aydio with no distortion, the only drawback is that the camera has no autofocus and u can't get the flash to work when u take pix only, u can either turn the light on or off. COOL PHONE. kunle 9ija

i mean da screen light..1st time use SE,last phone was nokia..for nokia,after awhile talking,da screen light will banish..@ SE hp is like dat (screen light)

My w850 has 2 cracks on its navigational button the "up" and "down" the cracks start from the space around the middle "play" button towards the light navigational key. I have been using the phone for 8 months now, anyone experience the crack?

hello there..is the phone lock itself when u slide to close? and does this phone automatically turn on the backlight when u slide it open?? mine doesnt..help me please..

what do u mean by backlight ? if u mean the flash,, there are 2 ways that i know to turn on and off..
first :
- u see at the top part, above the screen, there are 2 button, left n right.. in camera mode,, press the right button to turn on n off, but i think that's not helping in ur case..
second:
- go to organizer,, it has "light" menu, u can turn on and off from there..
If both cannot help.. well,, sorry, i don't know what else ^^.. someone plz help this guy...

GSMARENA said it's cming soon but i don't know wether it's out already or not... W960 is a very great walkman phone with the best camera in the range of all walkman phone..

i have same problems with you. when i open contact with h number. i turn to phone book name with G initial. it seems not alphabetical. and when i open it, my phone restart by itself. i thought my phone was infected by virus. but since you have a same problem with me, i think, the problem is with the phone...very strange...
