TO felix: the volume of the supplied earpiece for the W850 is very clear and very loud if you turn up the volume, usually i'll keep the volume at a medium level, or else i'll go deaf, listening to mp3 with the MEGA BASS equalizer setting makes you feel like you're in the disco, the bass is really heavy without any sound distortion.

may i know how is the w850i earpiece? Loud enough? (i mean when u call somebody, can u hear them loud enough and clearly?) i had owned w810i before and feel that the earpiece is a little bit soft and sometime can't hear the voice cleary. Thanks for your help!!!

hey guyz & grlz, can somebody tell me if by pressing the volume keys while u're outside the menu, will bring up the phone status menu, is this normal?

FOR MY W850, a part of the plastic of the navigation button for down had cracked. but its a small one- cant really be seen.

How become the pic's from the cam, when it doesn't have autofocus?? Have someone got problems with the joypad?

hey ppl..i have read alotta opinions reagarding this phone...i am about to buy it...but after reading most of the comments im begining to have 2nd thoughts...i read that this phone cracks...as in .. how does it crack .. and what part crackz ? i really wanna know!! please reply soon..Chris

I got dis phone some weeks before..dis is a good phone overall,but for some problems,that is..the slider is not solid and feels it too loose,and does tis phone has a play/pause button like in w800i? Since i cannot go in player to stop the music while on d move..actually i don know about dis,can anyone help me?

does anyone know where to download eaac+ converter? Sony ericsson said that w850 can store 1000 tracks on eaac format..But what's the point of the phone being able to play eaac format if the converter of this format is not available!!! pls. i tried googling for days to find the software....

i have the same problem as urs.
i don't think guys in here can solve this 'sophisticated' problem, u have to go to the nearest SE official after sales service to get ur phone ok.

yes, when the phone is slide-open, it feels like there is quite a movement when you press the up, down, left, right and other buttons on the upper part.

don't be scared to buy w850...mine has crack but barely noticeable..
