great phone.one of the best i've used.great looks,great sound,3-4 days battery life.only the screen is a little small.rest is perfect.

Hi,for any1 who wants to now how much sms msgs this phone can save! I will say it now...my brother has this fone and the memory of msgs saved depends on the large of msg! I can tell that this fone can save at least 80 msgs! I think he can more than this, i don't know...it's a good fone..i hope I maked my self useful...see ya

For what it is, its a great phone. Slim and full of great features. The music recognition facility is amazing! Great sound and very solid construction.

This phone saves 200 to 300 text messages depending on the size of the messages. Its a great phone.
It has fallen so many times and refused to die. Now the LCD seems to be having a problem and I cant get a replacement.
Can someone tell me how to transfer all my text messages and contents to another W880 phone. If it is possible then I'll just go buy another one.

yes this phone will work in Japan because it has UMTS, but you would probably only use it on roaming with your service provider because cell phones in Japan do not use SIM cards.

i thimk w880i works in italy becauce w880c works in china only( c is for china)and w880i works worldwide i hope that i helped you.

was so impressed until i actually got the phone....the battery life sucks and the antenna frequency is really low...tow of the most important features in a phone....think it was a waste of my money. rather the W800 way better

Thank you very much Umerhayat. I really appreciate the fact that atleast you tried to answer it for me. I'm here at a phone shop waiting for an answer to this question because I won't buy it until I know the answer. I save all my partner's sms msgs to me because we are in different countries so I would like to save all his txts so I can read them over and over when I miss him. Thanks again for trying. Take care. Buttons are very thin. But i got used to them after few days use. Walk man sound is loud and clear. I have used my self, w800,w810 and w300 and now w880. W880 has best sound among these

Hi. This phone do not have radio. It do not have infra red. I have it for 8 months but i keep deletdling sms after reading them. So i can not tell how many sms it can safe. But hope some one reply you soon about it. So wait patiently. Regards
