I had bought the device and is seems to be good , but the problem is that I had seen
at the "w880i" site that related to sonyericson that the device contain both connectivity "Infrared" &"bluetooyh" but sooner I discovered tha it cintain only " Bluetooth" feature and iwas misslaeded, also
I couldnt find the link to customer service online to inform them of this proble ,so if ony one could sent the direct contact to them at shemo2015@yahoo.com

there is a genuine fault in this fone i've purchased the two of these both r faulty
wat do i do??????????
so now i'm using w850i snd its much better its battery time is about 1 week............
and it can play music continously 15hrs.
is'nt it goooooooood????????

I love my Sony Ericsson W880i, it took me a while to get used to the buttons but im a professional at it now. I've only got my W880i a month now and i've also dropped it a few times but its still in good condition. it's a great phone, You gotta love it!

Awesome resilience for a fragile looking phone! I have dropped mine many a time, drowned it in water, and no fault with it at all!! Had it for 11 months!

i just got this fone brand new last december of 2007, but unfortunately i let it repair at sony ericcson's service center and i was told that theirs a defect and it will be repair at manila coz its problem cant be fix her in cebu... about 3-4 weeks would be the weeks allotment in order to get my fone back =(

10 month mine is now, no problem ever, greatest phone I ever had, only wish it had a bit bigger display, otherwise superb.

this phone is great, i have it for 10 months and is ok!!! fine battery life, nice photos in daylight and the sound is perfect

Gee really cant wait to have this phone im goin to have this unit by next week i so adore it its so cute and lovely=) i saw this from a friend and it looks really great.. im a number one buyer of nokia phones but when cyber phones came out it freaks me out because it was so cool and now this walkman phone yipeee

I had mine for a year now and not one problem.
3 of my friends own one and also NO problem.
I am a sucker for size so I was willing to sacrifice a powerfull camera and all the other things that makes a phone big and bulky.
I have big hands, the buttons are fine. Get used to it.
My camera takes awesome photos in daylight. For any other photos, I have a camera.
Web browsing, Email, Video call, games, ALL GOOD!
I'm happy.

ive had to change this phone 6 times because it freezes after 3 months of using it and it also has other faults like switching itself off and people trying to phone you and it going to the answerphone when you have perfect signal !!!!has anyone had these problems!!!

i wish people would stop complaining about the camera on this fone, its not a 'K' model so the camera is not the main benefit...
just like all the cybershot sony ericssons have poor music quality!
come on people just deal with it.
the fone is shocking, battery life sucks and mine freezes ALL the time.
