This phone isn't as good as the W610i - in many areas- The sound quality of the W610i si far superior; especially when listening through the loudspeaker. The W610i has a better camera quality, the W880 doesn't even have auto-focus. As for texting- the W880i is perfect for dwarves and newly borns!!The buttons are so small you've got no chance in dim light. W610 wins hands down!!

whats with the speaker and flash! it looks cool though! design does matter.

I have the W880, and will soon be getting a 2GB memory card. Two questions: 1) Does a bigger memory card slow down the phone? 2) Would a Sandisk M2 Micro m/card work for any phone using the M2, or do you get an M2, for example, for W880 specifically, and maybe one for other model SE's? I'm not too clued up on these things. Your help will be appreciated. Thanks.

i shouldn't have replaced my k810 w/ this phone! looks can be decieving... poor camera and worst loudspeakers...

Speaker sound awful. Very Tinny. Headphones are find though. I bought a the w880 to replace my w810i, but the 810i is a much better phone, so sold the W880 intstead.
Nice looking phone, but not very well featured.

Yes. you can use in that menu style. it s a original theme. so nice. i'm using it too :)

Need some answers before buying this phone

2) The radio needs phones plugged to work?
3) Is the speaker sound good?
4) Can be used to record a class?

i have had this phone for 6 months and it has gone off automatically 3 times. although it is a phone that looks sleek, it is also a phone which cannot be trusted.
think twice b4 gettin this phone.

1, No Flash
2, No Mirror Behind Wid Cam
3, No Radio
4, No Portable Speakers

I've been using w880 for abt 4 mths now. So far, it's female in terms of style n design. Sleek and convenient. Well, its plain design its up to anyone's taste. though, i would say there's better design coming its way, like s500 n w580.
features wise, there's no radio n lights. I'm abit disappointed in that.Well, think realistic, friends. Not all good things come in a single package. its walkman sound isnt as good as its earlier models.But guys, u can change the music files volume in itunes library if u've got any.or any software/converter will do. And it's camera is ok, but not up to standard.Well, this is a walkman phone. Waddaya expect right? Cant compare to any cybershot camphone.
performance wise, i'll rate 8 out of 10.Only the problem lies with no network coverage. any idea how? after 3-2mths, i realise the difficulty in getting network coverage.i have to switch off, then on again to check if there's any sms (aftr hours there's no sms).
enlighten me someone! so i'll love this phone more!!

Hi; i use K750i for 2 years. i really love it, it was an excelletnf phone. it has what ever you want. and i think that i have to renew my phone. i bouht w880i 4days ago. i really like it. it has a nice design. but i have some questions:
1- Can we update/upgrade the software? where can we find?
2- there is no phone demo video in my phone. is it normally?
3- i have a small problem. The dust particles goes into screen(under the glass).is it normally? can't we clean under the phone glass?

I have a se w880i from 3 months agoo it work like no other phone i do not have problems with it and i hope to not have is a best deal for the money i payed for it

I bought my w880 and about 2mths after using, i start to get 2 major problems: auto switchoff itself & upon receiving calls, unable to hear the caller even when the call has been connected...will need to send in to SE for service but my point is it so new and yet its giving me so much problem..

The camera on the front of the phone is for video calling. Unless you're making a video call, you wouldn't need to use it.

Hey guys, i got this phone like 4 a month now, the only real problem is that 4 a walkman phone its real soft compared 2 the w900i and other walkman phones. I have 2Go as far as pushing my ear pieces deep in 2get it louder, I do set my preset 2manual with all the bars up and with da lil button on the side toggle the volume 2 its fullest but its still 2soft for me. Can anyone help me with this? Thats the only problem i have with the phone, oh and da picture quality a bit bad 2, everything looks yellowish

I've just got this phone today and it's great! The only down side is the keypad's too small - but I'm sure people will get used to get over a week or so. I am on Vodafone and my W880 came a long with a whole bundle of free accessories! Including 1Gb memory card, bluetooth headset, normal headset, mini-speakers, USB data cable and car charger.. And Vodafone took less than a day to deliver it to me after my online order!
