No, it doesnt Scratch at all .the Front part of the Phone on the Black version is Soft kind of Cloth material (dont know its name)
and the Silver version of W880i is Special Aluminium :P its well Nice !

Hey.. i was in those phone shops and they had this phone so i tried to text it but thing is, halfway thru, the buttons kept getting all stuck and stiff n it was very hard to press them..
Is this what this phone will be like after multiple uses for a long time? I like its slim factor but if the keypad's gonna get all stiff and stuck everytimei push them, mayb it aint such a good hp after all.. wat do u guys who own it think? Does it really get stuck?
And if u drop it, does it get damaged really fast? DOes it like 'heat' up like the slim samsung bar hp, after many phone calls?

I have used 12 best mobiles , first 3230, n70, w800, 3250, n80, 5500, n73, moto rokr, n95,w880, mot0 780 and many more but the worst phone i found was w880 as compared to its price. if u will see its dummy u will come to know. i will tell u what its price shoud be, its prece shoud be, 8000 RS indians and that is enough for it but now in india i think its price is double that of i have mentioned and at the time i brought it it was more than triple of the above..

have this fella a little while now; appears to be software issues as its run up 800 euro on data calls on my last bill which I didn't make; my network says its happened to others in that it goes on the web unbeknownst to user and browses away; very sleek and stylish though and if this problem is erradicated well and good; great phone

heres some advice.. buy the earphones for a W850i. It will make it worth you while.The earphones that come with are way too soft, no real listening pleasure..

you need to press * and then the top right button . its a great phone although it has no flash fm or other thing you prefer but HEY ! not all phones have flash and FM too you know so you cant judge the phone just cause of those reason , like the saying "you cant judge a book by its cover"

Love the phone but how come the predictive text for text messaging is so bad. is there a firmware update that corrects this. the dictionary is really limited and does not include common words

hi all ... i've got this phone for about 15 days ... stylish , thin and nice key pad ... but 2 things is bothering me ... no flash for the camera and the sounds from speaker is too much sharp ... it will let down a little bit :-(
