I am very upset about the phone, cos it hang and we have customer complain about it.

I'm a technophobe, but loving the phone thus far...how do I transfer music from my laptop to my phone, managed to transfer some but can't seem to do any more(forgotton what I did!).Yes I am that thick!!

How does the overall sound quality compare to the Nokia N91?
if its better then im gonna get this phone!

You need the headphones plugged in for the radio, the headphones acts as the aerial

Phone is awesome. Even though it isnt listed on TomTom's website, it is fully capable of running TomTom 6 (which I have been doing).
The included headset sounds quite good, but I still havent found out how to customize the equalizer to my own settings (as I'm quite an audiophile).
The phone is a real headturner and IMO, its worth the price.

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a new phone and the w950 doesn't seem all that bad. True, the no camera deal is a negative, but I was just wondering if you needed to have the adaptor cord attached to listen to the radio or if you could just listen to the radio normally w/o the cord.

Is any one having problems playing videos it seems that it wont play mp4 and 3gp, it just takes ages to do anything then it just plays the sound

One strange thing on the phone! You can lock the keys very quickly, but the side play button for the walkman doesn't lock! STRANGE!

on my w950, there is no genre option, i've tried all file types, the walkman player dosent have Genre!
anyone have this prob, or can help?

Fine phone, HOWEVER, my user abilities may be lacking as...
When setting up 'email scheduling' it will connect to my 3rd party pop3 server fine 'at set times', but not connect and download if I set 'every 15 minutes'. So, why?
I'd be interested if anyone else could try to test this and confirm either a bug - or my user (self) interface getting something wrong :-)

I use both mp3 and aac and the album art works fine! TBH I can't say about wma as I haven't tried it!
I get my album art off play.com! I convert to aac and add the album art to all tracks using itunes.

hey hey
i love this phone
but there's something lacking about the album art..
the album cover will only show up if the songs in mp3 format..
i've found out this problem when some album covers were not showing up, and realised the songs are in wma format.. the others in mp3 format are okay..
