Hi
Picked mine up last week. I have to say I am dissapointed. The sound quality is NOT better than and IPOD and at least compared to the N91 I tried it also not as good as the N91. Also the sw has crashed at least once an day and I have corrupted the 4GB flash twice
not impressed. I say to people wait until they issue some kind of software update before buying!

@ babak .... thanx dude
well after using k750 i am a sony ericsson fan , i mean that one is a heck of a communication + multimedia device
i am lookin at this 1 cos after havin k750 for some time i jus dont use da camera much . though it is really great way better than any thing in nokia n series . i rather stick to my digi cam for really quality pics which stay wid u for life ....
but with todays tech a phone can definately double up as a dedicated mp3 player . so i am basically qurious about da kinda sound produced ............ especially if i change my head phones :)

to super:
dude, if you are very pleased with K750, the next phone most probably to satisfy your apetite is definitely not W950; it's K800/K790. All it's major functions have improved except for its music player which is like the one in W800 (which BTW is pretty solid itself as you mention) and you can pair a bluetooth stereo headset with it via A2DP profile; just like W950.

To
venkat,
In my point of view in terms of audio quality 950 sounded good but not like n91, i can prove n91 have a much more high class audio quality than w950.Really n91 have a great potencial to produce high quality audio,its really amezzing.but n91 speaker is not so strong like w950.but if u aask my personel choice i'll go for nokia n91.as well as you get good 2 mp camera as well.

@Claire
I find the handwriting recognition really accurate and easy to use. I use it for texts and finding & entering contact details. I have had to change my handwriting style hardly at all. You can enter all characters in lower case and below the centre line of the screen they stay lower case, around the centre line they become capitals and above the centre line is for numbers. You have to learn the strokes for punctuation but this is easy and if you get stuck just bring-up the on-screen "keyboard".

Never mind why I m 1 of u guys who doesn't fancy a camera phone. Not many new generation cellphone without camera in the market nowadays that I can recall, Nokia 9300/9300i, Nokia E51, O2 Jet and this beauty SE W950/950i. I believe the trend is picking up soon there will be more cameraless phones coming our way.
There's no need to hurry for this W950/950i I believe u all know that when u boast ur new phone 2day it will be old in a month or even less.
Cellphone can never go back to basic it has become a multimedia communication tool like it or not.
The best phone to u is the worst phone to others. It's all in ur mind.

not really scotty as i seem to remember the n91 having the same memory focused for mp3's yet still had a 2mp camera and was available on £35 monthly tariffs?not that expensive really.must admit is a nice looking phone but id rather stick to my pocket pair of k800i-communication/imaging.ipod nano-music.
