my w960i hangs up all the time... how do i fix it..?

This mobile phone good in both camera and music,incoming call voice is natural and clear,phone screen was big and good.we can stored more videoes and picture and music.this phone sometime hang and screen was not work properly because phone was kept in tight pant pocket it was pressed automatically while seating.dont keep phone in pant pocket keep it in shirt pocket or some where else where the phone was free and safe.it will keep ur phone in safer and good.

i've had this phone for more than a year already but it never surrendered on me, the best i've ever had! i love it! it's my real bestfriend!

It doesn't matter from where you buy the phone (China, Europe or US) so long as its manufacturing was under supervision of Sony Ericsson. Just don't buy replicas and you'll be alright

After 6 months the touch pad will go mad,it will tap your leftdown side of your screen always,when someone is calling you it will automaticaly answer the phone,when you are talking it will automaticaly make your call hold.dont buy this mobile it sucks.

Waqas, 05 Jan 2010i am facing issue in touch , can any one know how i resolve... moreWaqas, I also sometimes have issue with the touch, but fortunately it's not that hard to solve, when your touch go mad, just press the upper part of your phone (right in the Sony Ericsson logo) with your thumb several times and your touch will go back to normal, hope that helps, I searched for this solution in the whole internet for a while ago but didn't find it, when I was desperate and wanted to destroy my phone screen by pressing them like crazy I unintentionally repaired it! God bless everyone who bought this phone!

I have to agree with moli! I have used this phone for almost 2 years, about the processing speed I think I still can forgive it for a phone on that era, but the touch screen is unbelievably awful! it got me mad everytime! sometimes the touch screen did not work or not accurate at all, even after I restarted the phone! F*#k! And! there is something else that will drive you crazy if you buy this phone, it is so DIFFICULT just to delete your sms in your inbox! like me, I have 300++ sms on my phone and I want to delete about 100++ of them, so I marked them 1 by 1, but sometimes when I miss-tap one of them, it will open the message and you know what? ALL of the markings are GONE!!!! this is just so annoying and often drive me crazy! the conclusion is DON'T buy this phone or you'll be sorry for the rest of your life like me, and now there are many better phones than this trash, why would you want to buy this trash???

Oh my god ! i used this phone for a week and sold it . the way it lags ... i rather use a china phone which my friend is using with no lagness at all , the brand is E-Touch..

i have this phone about 2year and half and i still have it...before this i hade sn k750...u know when u challenge frome java system to symbian u have to be relax...b cuz this bullshit phone works sooooo slowly and u cant be in touch in sms communicatation...when u connet to ppc with this phone it become hang....breifly i can say PLS dont buy this phone b cuz its make u angry anxious and all bad things...if u want to buy this u better throw ur money in trash...and also it have very expensive ppart that u cant change it...so dont buy it

wi-fi specs is just capable of 802.11b, i think that's the reason why it couldn't locate the server since most of the access point are just transmitting 802.11g, but if you have your own wireless router you can configure it anyway to 802.11 b/g.
