thats the thing dani, sony erricsons just arent as good as nokias. the hardware is better in the nokia phones.

Hello bro!
The only way i know so far to restore hidden files is via a File Manager. I use the "X-Plore" for that! Below i posted a link with all the software i use in my W960i including "X-Plore". Download it bro and have fun! Its also a ZIP, RAR manager, HTML and HEX editor!
Also to make your phone faster do this: "Main Menu - Tools - Control Panel - Transitions" and deactivate them.

I'd just got my w960. and it rocks man!! can anybody tell me is w960 able to read hidden file..(like if you open the file properties, you can choose hidden) can it somehow read the file if it is hidden? thnx in advance.

The P1 is around the same as W960 in terms of speed, i guess P1 will be faster at certain things because it doesn't have to deal with a 8GB mem chip, or as many graphics. But ye SE rushed a bit with W960, i think a lil overclock of CPU to 300mhz and the a bigger battery would have given the W960 quite a boost in performance. Whats still p*ssing me off is that SE STILL havent released a decent FW update for BOTH P1 and W960 i realy can't understand what they are playing at.

1. Yes (about da video playa)
2. I aint know why yo AK-W850 doesnt support long text but i aint got no problem wit ma W810i. Also the W960i can right long text.
3. And yes, you can send via Bluetooth and do something eles at the same time. Multitasking babe... haha

I don't know when will SE release the firmware. To do the update you have to download and install a software from SE site, or from the PC Suite (if i remember well)

What up?
I think SE released 960 on a hurry (although it took to long) and thats why it has many bugz. And maybe because of that its a little bit slow. I didn't read or hear a complain about the P1i although they have the same specs UIQ etc.
So there is a little chance SE could do something to improve a lil bit the timings (boot up, messaging, contacts, interface etc)

About yo Q now:
The Video Player does not have a multimedia library like the Walkman Player and so you just browze through the file manager to find the video you want. But you can sort the files by name, date etc from the file manager
