help.....got problems with my touch sensitivity.it keeps freezing every now and then and i'v had to reset the damn phone more times than one.my newest problem is that when i touch middle positioned icons on the screen it highlights left icons and when i try extreme right icons it highlights mid icons.so any icon on the right that i cant highlight with the wheel i cant access...help .....again..

this is the most reliable phone i have ever had in terms of battery life, sounds & camera. If you were a PDA user (like i do), you'll find that the touch screen/LCD of this one responds quite slowly (and sometimes doesn't) to its stylus, but before you lose your patience, this has a naviwheel and keypad, so touch screen problem is solved. i have this phone for over a year now, although becomes my alternate phone for the last 3mos, so far no problem encountered.

guys should i get this phone or not, so many mixed reviews. it looks good. i handled my w300i(lol old i know) so i think i'm used to slow. you say i should go for nokia brand? which nokia phone? i need names people! and excatly how much is this phone in the USA?

Well. I juz bought this phone.. so far so good...juz tat i feel tat the phone is a little bit 2 hard to navigate...Music is excellent...

i bought this phone in my first salary....i was using N73. more than a year past and this touch screen is gone second time...I am a rough handler and touch screen is so fragile. The scrolling wheel is also posting lots of prob... though i handled n 73 the same way..it is still solid with no complaints.
If u r looking for gud touch user interface.. go for samsung ..this touch screen really bad and small...
Phone is also quite oversized and apart from the pouch which comes with the retail pack, any other pouch makes it more bulkier.
Poor sun light ligibility....Camera is not so impressive... Walkman is good and is the only thing in that way..but spending 20K+ in INR is not that worth.
My suggestion is u get better touch screen, better camera, better smart phone is the market for lesser bucks...This is for ppl who need all those abv said feature with average perfomance in each ....

dmn its a good phone i drop it 3 times and for being agry i smack the screen,d phone got no damage at all!!all in all its a good phone

It is a good phone by all means, wht u want is a good phone with good battery life and good sound quality and a good camera and video quality u have it all in this phone , except the price being a a little high..
and i am using this phone for last 1 year now and it is good to use ..

has good battery life... works 3 to 4 days with 1 to 2 hr of talk time
walkman is the best qality i have ever heard
lil slow in response.... but overall a great phone

Fine! the phone look pretty good in appearance, and it also has some nice functions too, but then the battery drops so often you have to charge it regularly even when not all the functions like playing music, and long hour calls are absence, compared to my Nokia 5319 Xpress Music, its really not up to standard, something should be done about this!

SE W960i sucks..I've been using W960i for only 2 months since purchase and unfortunately, the touchscreen already malfunction. I go to their service center and they were charging me Php 6,200 for the repair and replacement..I'd rather buy another phone than paying such huge amount for the repair..So guys beware coz you might encounter the same problem. Think a million times.
