Nope man, the play and stop buttons cannot be used to select something. They activate automatically when you open the Walkman Player or when playing videos.
And instead of the touchscreen you can use the Jog Dial or the keypad to navigate through the menus and select.

The W960i can zoom in all modes exept 3,2MP.
And yes, the Wi-Fi is much more faster than 3G, HSDPA etc...

can this phone's camera zoom in all modes, unlike the w880 which can only zoom in vga format.
also is wifi faster than 3g or hsdpa???

I had it for 5 days now thank so much to SE for creating this. I decided to have this because of its 8GB capacity , FM radio,phone and a WALKMAN i love music a lot. I used Sony MDR EX085 as headphone attached to HPM 82 sound quality superb... no need of IPHONE - no radio plus cost not wise. Touchscreen is not bad... HIGH END so far.. SONY ERICSSON beats them... I Won not Iphone
