will a firmware update delete the demo tour? if it does and i deleted the demo tour manually, will a firmware update 'bring' it back

Here's da answer:
The only difference is that the "i" stands for International, the "c" stands for China and the "a" stands for America

lol! I had the same problem :)
When the cover is not removed many times, it hard to remove it. I have removed many times, but the 1st time i thought it would brake cause i had to press and push hard.
Just press with your one thumb the 3 little dots of the cover and with the other push to the rigth (or left). I'll upload a pic to show you how to do this... but cannot wright now. Did you read my update review? :)

No, antivirus is not required, especially in the phones having symbian 9.x or higher. Before this there were a hell lot of viruses! For the phones with latest versions of symbian OS, antivirus is out the window, until there is some genius sitting out there finding vulnerabilities in the OS.
