it is unfair when somebody just wake up to criticise something only because he/she is not so technically inclined. W960i is meant for people who are technically inclined and developers of softwares. yes it is complicated but for a technically minded person it is fun... so pls this forum should be for a way forward and not just for somebody to discourage others bcos of his inexperience.

This is really a bad phone. I've had mine for less than a year, and man, does it suck.
The operating system is dead slow, the touchscreen is insanely annoying, and apart from a couple of nice functions, the overall user experience is one of frustration. As far as battery life goes - no comment. The worst though, is when the one thing on a touchscreen phone that just isn't supposed to break, namely the touchscreen function, breaks. My phone also hasn't made one single sound in more than two months - there is a problem with the sound. I still haven't taken it in, because according to my service provider, there is a "chance that all the data saved could be lost," and I find it to be a mission to copy things over to my PC using the provided software. I'm also struggling with the internet, though that might just be me being inept.
I don't use the music player much either. This is due to how impractical it is as well as the fairly poor sound quality. The standard headphones also stink big time.
If anyone is considering this phone, don't. Get a basic phone that does everything that you do most, everyday, well. That would be phoning and sending text messages. If you want a music player, get an iPod. I'm surely going to be following this strategy when I upgrade...

er, 07 May 2009To arrowman i would like to ask someting. i created new... moreok er, just go to messages and click on message which contains the inbox, draft, outbox, SIM, sent and your created folder. if it opens, whether u re in inbox or draft or even the folder u created, click MORE and click "view folders", then click "edit folder" there u will see your created folder and go ahead to delete it.

thx so muchOther than W960, G900 is there....which is almost the same as W960 except it has 5.0MP camera, and NO 8GB....only memory card, i guess 1 or 2 GB!!

But, for overall performance, I would recommend 5800!

However, these problems can be fixed, by paying extra cash!

i created new folder for the sms so in my inbox, if i press the arow button to left or right it appear inbox,outbox,draft,sent,SIM and the folder i created.
Now i want to delete the folder i created.
How to delete it??need help..

In the message application u will see Messages which has underneath Inbox and number of unread messages u have, beside it are two arrows which can be scrolled with stylus to see other folders like sent, draft etc for messages. i hope this will help.
