I think even if this model looks so good but I've always thought that this model can not be compared to my Nokia N81 !

hey guys, I'm new here. My problem is that in my country, Cambodia, has been out of new w960i, only 2hand remain. I'm wondering if the sony ericsson company will release this model again. Oh! I still have another question, does w960i really have problem with the touch screen, is that serious? can be fixed? thank anyway.

rahz90, 06 May 2009thanks for the good commenti've had the phone for six months now and its a good phone except for the touch screen which really bad i had to take the phone in twice for repairs, the screens is non responsive and i am really dissapointed. it would have been good for sony if one could use the jog and touch screen interchable in casse the screen fails at least you would be still be able to use the phone by using the Jog wheel

Hey friends i will like to suggest a safety tip to all of u having questions with the touch screen, let me tell u that any electronic gadget or phone for the matter has 2b used safely not roughly. Rough use of any phone 4 the matter will get u on ur nerve, so keep ur phone covered with a pouch when not in use or when it is in ur pocket let the phone 2b alone not with ur keychains or penny which will make a scar on ur phone then will make a scar in ur heart, so keep it smooth & clean for lovingly longer use.
Iam a gadget lover & iam using this phone since 15 months by now & i dont have a single problem, its the BEST Sony Ericsson Phone i have ever used till date & let me tell u no phone is user friendly like my SONY ERICSSON, This is the best Business cum Walkman series phone.

I wanted this phone really bad and ordered it despite the negative comments about the touchsrceen. But, i should have paid attention to the comments coz my phone screen is now cracked and i can't see anything on the screen. I've only haad it since December. I love everything about the phone exception the screen cracked without me even knowing and it used to hang up some times. I looking a new phone :-(...

Best phone I ever had. And I've had a few. The average lifespan of my phones is 4 months. I've had my W960 for over a year now and no plans of replacing.

and when i charged the battery with my telephone off,and i was touching the screen it sounds "beep" "beep"..is that ok???
