Is it really gonna be out on December? Someone said August??! I am a bit confused. I kind'a like this phone...to replace my P990i. I'd love it if it comes out THIS month, August 2007!

I'm crazy about this phone! Hahaha. I heard it'll be released in December (here in the Philippines). I'm gonna buy this phone for sure! I've never really tried using SE before, but I heard it never shuts down or hang or something, unlike the Nokias that I have used. :)) So I'm really looking forward in getting this phone! :D :> Can't wait. ;)

Anticipate to have the product by this month (August 08) for consumer use. Middle East availability to be accelerated be in par with initial launch !

In wikipedia it says 8gb of *flash memory*. Am I confusing this with, say, 8gb of *hard drive*. Please enlighten me people.

well well,8 gb,no card slot. download-erase then,for a life time..or is it ? remember ipod ? no hard disk can sustain that treatment for very long,unless it has difragmentation programs and such.samsung had that long ago,and at least you could change the hard drive,people, don't trust this kinda phone just yet,and especially not the Iphone,unless you change your phones every 3 months,but do that for the fun of it,not because your phone gets crappy.

I think it'll be about the same price as the W950, but maybe a little bit more expensive. Don't know for sure, but that seems likely to me.
And it will be out in December...

this mobile is very cool, but guyz...
i don't deny, i would like to have it, but it will be too expensive.
i'm a big fan of SEs & like design of almost all of thems, but some are too expensive, so if you lose it or someone steals it, it's like throwing the money.
i'm sorry because the good ones are a littlebit expensive.

what a perfect phone! It has 8GB memory, 3MP camera, 2.6" TFT touchscreen, WiFi, .... can't wait to have it .. but I wonder how it cost?

I currently use the SE W950i & my only complaint is that it is tri-band instead of quad. I live in the USA, so quad-band would have been perfect. I use it as an MP3 player more than my ipod. It streams over bluetooth stereo wonderfully. They could have included a camera on it, but whatever; I have a nice digital camera, so it didn't matter too much.
Bottom line, I highly recommend the W950i.
