its a great phone i love it, i cant wait to get my hands on one :) if u need to know everything about this phone look it up on youtube.com u'll see how it all works its near as the iphone that everyone talks about the good thing is its got 8gb great stuff to store all yr fav music!!!

It´s a shame that it´s not release yet because it´s a beatifull phone, but more than beatifull, it´s a powerful phone with everything we neeed. only one thing worry me, the price and the date of release. Thank you all

New walkman touch player, voip application, 160mb+8gb internal memory, 128mb ram for multitasking, accelometer (use for shake control), wifi, 3.2mpix with dual led flash, vga front cam, office application (read/edit), pdf viewer, opera browser.
What can i say more?
Its ULTIMATE WALKMAN PHONE!

Doesnt matter touchscreen... its beautiful enough than iphone, and most important, its SE.

One problem for me, from Brazil, will be announced here for a fortune and next year. :(

not touchscreen???, how does handwriting recognition work then and what would be the purpose of the stylus?

Hey, i own the w900i and its screen specs according to this site are,
256k colours
240 x 320 pixels
33 x 45mm
Now the w960i has,
256k colours,
240 x 320 pixels
2.6 inches

So is the screen the same quality just bigger? sorry if this is a newb question but having the same quality screen as my 18 month old phone doesnt sound that great.

when i had my w950i back in jan-feb i thought only if this fone has a camera and wi-fi, it would have been the perfect fone. and it looks like sony had been spying on me for some reason, they made W960????? now i feel like hitting myself for being impatient at that time.

the one commented about this phone that its not a touchscreen obviously doesnt know what the user interface Symbian OS v9.1, UIQ 3.0 is. nokia fanboys. pssss.

sorry to burst YOUR bubble but it is touch sensative :D. Note the UIQ 3.0 which is the interface for touch sensative screens. I have the w950i and I love it to bits, but this just blows it out of the water. 3.2meg cam, wi fi, better buttons, god i wish I could upgrade before next march. might have to buy this one sim free when its released. I hate working for o2 as new phones are constantly shoved in my face. just hoping the processer is a bit faster than the 950 as the music player is slow to load.

This is a beautiful looking and very top notch tech. im def getting it as ive got the w950i now and its great. i did see a post saying its not touch screen however the sony site itself says it is touch screen so game on.

Hey, when the w960i score goes to 87 it always goes down to 86. It definetly spam from SE haters!
