W960 donsn't need card slot because when you have high capacity of Memory card it makes your phone become very slow and mybe hang. It just like PC, when you opened file from internal (Hard Disk) it goes much..much faster than when you open file from external (Memory Stick). I think it was great sollution for large memory.

I really dont care if it doesn't have a card reader. USB is just as good as puting a memory card w/ card reader in a computer(in my opinion). I can charge up my phone whiie it's receiving files from my computer. Anyways, this would defintely be my next upgrade from a W810(which I love so much).

I have a W900 too and although I have vids and music and pictures and everything.. I still filled up only 60% of my 4gb card. So for me 8gb is definitely big enough.
Can't wait to upgrade my W900 to W960.. although I'll miss the swivel and the colour (I have white), I'll definitely not miss the size :P
Hoping w960 will come out in white sometime soon.

Some people here are hilarious. Bluetooth transfer files WAY slower than direct transfer from card reader... like the difference between an hour and 2 minutes for a movie file?

I was going to buy the N95 but this phone came out and now I'm waiting for this one. But just to be fair, it is nicer to have expandable memory.. even with 8gb internal. Just because.. well it's more convenient. I have a card reader on my computer and it is way easier to take out the card and slip it into my computer to read than to plug in the phone to usb and wait for it to show up on the computer. Besides, videos played from external memory tends to run better than in internal memory.

This bad boy has everything the w950 didnt. I sell phones for a living and providing the price isnt too astrocomical then it should fly out the door. I'm deffo gonna have one when it hits the UK.

well i now using w900 with 4gig and still not enough [Changing the movie and music all the time]that's why I consider to upgrade to this phone ,ad2p is my another reason.I think with more mem slot added will be a plus to this phone THese days more memory is better but again I concern about the sound quality of this phone can w960 beat the sound of my current w900

The battery life especially attracts me. The W700i that i'm currently using has a rather shorter battery life and does not make me have the satisfaction i want from a typical fon. Keep me posted immediately the W960 arrives on the market. Don't forget to add the price and i'll advertise to my friends and loved ones too.

Im really torn, I love SE but the one thing I really need in a phone is a good PIM with built in calendar on standby mode. Unfortunatly most nokia's have this option in fact I like the E65 but I would love to stay with SE. There isnt even a aftermarket software to manage this they are all stand alone calendars. Any advice, anybody know anything I dont lol??
