my w995 is no more working,when i check status the phone gives me k700 instead of w995,and its not connecting to my computer any more

I just got the W995 and it rocks. So far i have no problem using it. it even better than WT13i mix walkman. Thanks to Sony ericsson.

I am handling w995 for 2 years, Good Sound Quality, Cam, and better experience with TrackID, Walkmate,and Navigation. No more complaints except i cant install some softwares like voip,
Any one know how can i install Voip in It?

I didnt get video landscape in SonyW995 device, sometimes i am getting the video landscape and sometimes not, codecs are as much as mentioned in device, but i didnt get video landscape, anyone can tell why it is happening like this.
