I think for dis highest price SE cheated everybody even their fans b'cas sound & image quality is not upto mark.i am really disappointed i am surely go for N86 really rocksssssssssssssssssssssss!

supposed to buy this phone but when i held it in my hands its ok but despite the outer metals in it the inner part is plasticky...& besides its very expensive (230rials) compared to the other 8mp cams like samsung ultra touch (176rials) & n86 nokia (180rials).

I usually do my famous mp3 and video play back tests,,i think i will pass on mp3 playback bacause its too long but will do the fullscreen non stop video test today,,the best ive had since video come on mobiles is my samsung innov8 at 6.5hrs so thats the benchmark set..

1. Phone
- Set it low around 2-3 instead of high of 10
2. Carrier's coverage area
- Some areas do have blackout spots
I have low reception in spots but it depends on area.
Sometimes I barely hear the incoming speaker but they can hear me fine. I've set volume to 2-3 and now I can hear speaker fine.
You may consider getting the latest firmware upgrade since one is available! The upgrade software is improved over the previous version!

Have looked into comments on inactive sim,,its operater or sim card itself problem nothing to do with fone..Sometimes a network in uk blocks the sim if its used in s mobile NOT on their portfolio or approved by them,,have you put your sim in the w995 from a different fone or is it a brand new sim??IF its a new sim its truly probable that the network operater has not yet activated it,,often mms and email and internet need a fone call to network provider to activate these features..All mobile books state features are network dependant..

I am in uk and dialled 123 which is speaking clock on my innov8 and w995 and both sre about the same, the w995 being a bit clearer by about 20 percent..

Hey my comment hasnt even appeared yet and i posted it 7hrs ago. Tats too bad.. I asked for help coz the voice call quality of my w995 seems to be poor. I'm not able to hear wat d other person is sayin eventhough they r able to hear me perfectly. Its hardly been 24hrs since i bought d fone now i'm wondering shud i replace it. Is there any setting which needs to be modified?? Help guyzz!!

Just I bay this phone last twodays ago i notice this phone is good all aspect like screen,battery,powerfull sound but 8.1MP camera image is not saticefy myself what we expect from sonyericsson.
