I've had this phone for 2 years now, it is rubbish, worst software I have ever had to deal with, no major apps run on it (skype, any flash based apps not even fring) only opera and ebuddy, every 1/5 times I turn off Wi-Fi the phone hangs for about 2 minutes for an unexplained reason, you can't play youtube videos with Wi-Fi connection for some reason, and the notifications on this phone are horrid they are in full screen and take forever to go away and always trivial, the camera quality is equivalent to that of a 5 Megapixel Nokia phone, don't get fooled by the 8.1 it's rubbish, and I can't wait till I can get rid of this piece of inpractical junk.. The only good thing about this phone is that you can drop it 20 times a day and it wouldn't get a scratch great material, but that isn't saying much now is it ?

Are you for real? You cant start a update and unplug 1/2 way through or the phone will crash and is worth nothing

for the new software you update the phone ...
well ...for the old sistem software you update again ..but in half of update you pull out the cable from phone ... and you'll have the old sistem ...i tried anything to have the old software back ...and hardly founded !

guys i just bought my w995 3 days back and i am in love with this phone.my only problem is that i have got the hpm77 headset with this phone and i am a bit disappointed with this headset as my expectations were a bit higher in terms of quality of music. can anyone please guide me as to which will be the best headset for w995 which has loud and clear sound quality? thanks in advance.
