You'll probably find that most music will sound one way or another based on the quality of the headphones you are using; it has very little to do with the player itself. (Yes, some EQ settings may make a difference here, but for comparative purposes, I listen to music "Flat"). I have many mp3 devices (phones, PMPs etc) and they all sound better with a pair of good quality headphones. I use the Sennheiser PX100s - can't go wrong. Even my £10 MP3 player sounds amazing when I use the Sennheisers.
So forget "sound quality" unless you're directly comparing the headphones. Compare instead the useability - how easy is it to make a playlist? Does it read ID3 tags accurately? What filetypes will it natively support?
I've used the W910i and found it incredibly user friendly and expect no less from this handset. SE seem to have 'fixed' what was lacking on the W910i (Camera etc). Therefore I would rate this quite highly. Perhaps an 8/10.

WOW it's audio quality is almost good as the Apple IPOD touch. can some one please tell me that is it as loud as IPOD touch VIA a Headset ??

if you go to FCC site, you can find that tech info about SAR procedure.it´s a complicated standart procedure, and and huge mathematical formule.they also do tests about bluetooth, and wi-fi emissions.
it´s very interesting.
you can also see reactions from our body, with a colour image.
this kind of radiation is called electromagnetic radiation, and it is always an ionisant radiation.and that´s enough to induce brain cells damages.
the old walkie talkies used by military people worked with only 0,5 W, and it was considered a danger.and they had instrutions to talk only with the antenna totaly open.the antena had only almost 1-1,5 meters long.
cellphones can boost 2,0 W, and they are next to our face.
every SAR is dangerous, but if samsung and lg have a lot of cellphones with sar values around 0,4-0,6...i would like to see SE with the same values, because i think SE have some of the best cellphones we can get.
of course most people look to a new cellphone and enjoy the toy, and what it can do, and don´t care about SAR.
we don´t need any lab test to confirm radiation is a danger.we have to reach our own conclusions, without depending always on science tests.
the lowest SAR...the better for us.
buying a cellphone with a SAR near 1,0 or above, it´s a stupid thing to do!!

when you do not know much about the technical details and about the technology please do not bring sensitives issues such as SAR in this kind of forums. Reason why you bring such kind of things is just to show ppl that you know something about SAR and may be little more than ppl who don't know.
If you want to educate ppl explain in a way that they understand, do not show as if SE doesn't care about SAR or they have higher values of SAR. Since you have mentioned about SAR, let me ask you one simple questions, how is SAR measured in the lab, please answer this, I want to know how much u know.

SAR is VERY important!!!it shows the risk you have, how soon you can get a brain tumor!

Yes the SAR value is important. Though it may be certified safe and within the acceptable 2.0 limit, the higher a SAR value, the more radiation you are exposed to. High SAR values could cause headaches after prolonged use, which is why I look at the SAR value before buying a phone. Unfortunately, most new phones nowadays have higher values.

If u want a fone wit higher mp, compact, gr8 sound, friendly UI and excellent quality, go 4 da w995.
If u want a fone wich has a touchscreen, is bulky, low mp, and slow UI, go for the n97.

its bcuz i wanna have a all in one fone and i want to ise gps + wifi so thats why im gonna change it
about the camera i rally dont care about it i rarely take pics in the last 5 years i only took like 5-10 pics only with all of my fones not in one phone :)
but here is the thing that i tell everyone who wants to buy a phone they like
( if u like it and u want it .take it and dont listen to anyone else )
thats what i do when i want to buy a phone
and thats what i did with my iphone every one in my family said no its not that good and the cam suck and bla bla bla but i didnt care and 1 month later 3 og them bought the iphone :P
so its ur choice :)
