About the FM-Transmitter:
From the "Sony Ericsson W995 review: Ready, set, play"
"Update: Due to the high user interest, we want to make it clear that our test Sony Ericsson W995 didn't have a built-in FM transmitter and despite all the rumors we have no reason to believe that the final retail unit will have that as well. Sony Ericsson have never announced that the W995 will have the feature and further discussions on the matter seem redundant."
So please so posting or asking about the FM-Transmitter!

Help! ive got an upgrade in june and don't know whether to get this fone or the n97,i had the n95 8gb but wasn't impressed and currently have the w980 which i love!

i know the specs on this site say 8gb card included with the phone but does anyone know if vodafone will leave it in there cos i've had phones from them in the past which have said memory card included in the spec then vodafone don't supply them

It's not... moreOk you say its not got fm transmitter i say it has what would i know apart from IT DOES have fm as I've checked the sony ericsson website and the spec sheet on this site DOES list fm transmitter and just to double check I've spoken to a employee of sony about this and guess what IT DOES HAVE FM TRANSMITTER!!!!! I suggest you check the specs for yourself and ask sony directly!(I've also emailed them about this and hope to post their reply later)

Stop personal attacks and read...
-As i ve already said we will have the SAR of the phone in less than 10 days..
-So after the SAR announcement there will be AT LEAST on month before the phone be released... (mid May at least)
Please no personal questions about sources ect ...

the phone is not ... morethe price 400 eur.. i thought it will be 500 eur. but my friend told me it is 600 eur.. and other frinds told me, it is 700 in us$..
all of the ppl said it is 403 eur, after a week they change their mind, 405 eur.. i ask se counter, it might be 500 - 700 eur, and i ask another counter, they said 600-700 us$
then i made my own assumption. it is 650 eur, after a week i think it will be 630 eur.. now, im thinking, it will 660 eur.. or it might be 500 us$, but i think it is 600 us$...

Since the phone is expected to hit the market by Q2 2009 (which is just around the corner) and Sony Ericsson didn't mention any price, we can only guess how much it will sell for. It's fair to expect a price tag around the same as the similarly equipped Nokia N86 8MP, which will start shipping at the same time at an estimated '375 euro' (before taxes and subsidies)
