Hey guys........dis phone just rocks...........
I have been using dis since 6 months n dis wat i have xperienced.........
-The best thing in the phone is its music,just awesome.....even though in the audio test some phones prove to be better than this,but believe me they can never compete its audio quality, the bass effect in the phone is the best i have heard till now....n hpm77 headphones r just superb......all this because its a clear audio and clear bass phone.....n 3.5mm jack is just a treat.....
The stereo loud speakers r also very clear and loud....u will njoy listening to music through them..
-The 8 mp camera is also very gud....but when u use it in auto settings u may feel dat the colours of the photos r a bit washed out....so to get the best out of it , use it in "Daylight mode" camera setting instead of auto mode setting in "White balance". The camera flash is strong enough to take photos even in very dark places provided that u have to increase the brightness a bit before taking the photos......
It has also got a secondary video call camera..... The video recording of the phone is also very good with upto 30 fps recording......
-The display of the phone is large and colourful,the light sensor irritates a bit though. even though its a 256k one , u cant differentiate it from a 16 million colours display at any point...
-The battery backup of the phone is too good. For a moderate user it can run for 3 days and for heavy user, 2 days.. frankly, i dint expect this coming from sony ericsson......
-The user interface of the phone is very fast. dont know whats the hardware inside it but it runs as if it has got a powerful processor inside it.... again this is another surprising thing from sony ericsson as before its phones used to be very slow......
-The internet browsing on this phone is also fast enough for day to day browsing..........
-The phone comes along with plenty of memory as it contains an 8 gig m2 card in it.....thanks for that SE, otherwise we would have got stripped of buying an 8 gig m2 card.........
-GPS on the phone is also good.......
-The phone has got many small but useful features like, the flash can be used as a torch...the shortcut music keys and walkman player key....the kickstand....
-The build and slider mechanism of the phone feel solid..........
-And one more feature dat no other phone has....u can open music player while transfering(even while sending) files through bluetooth.....
All in all this phone is an awesome one. I have used many high end phones till now but this is the best phone i have ever had........
So dont think guys, just go for it........

Can someone please tell me if you can seperate your pictures into your own folder and if there is a setting to make the texts longer?

anyway, my phone is set... moreOk I got it! So you need a folder?
In messaging go to "Messages" select "Settings",click to "Categories" add "New category" then type the "Title" for your folder.
Go back to "Messages", select "Inbox" and open the message you like, click "Options" select "Categories" and check the new folder you have just made and click "Done". Go back to "Inbox" click "Options" then "Arrange by", select "Category" and finish! Your inbox is arrange to the folder you like. I prefer to arrange it by "Contact" because I don't need to make folders to separate the messages.
You can also choose "Date" and the messages will ba sort according to date. You can make as many folder (category) as you wish.

eow po3h, 16 Aug 2010your dilemma will disappear with this user friendly phone. ... morethere's really no option of what memory to use in "SAVED MESSAGES" it's automatically use simcard memory :(

anyway, my phone is set to memory card already, so i also have plenty of messages in the inbox. what i mean is, i want to save particular messages in another folder aside from inbox. that's "saved messages" and it only uses simcard memory. i also tried to save it to templates but it's already full also :(

[deleted post]Apparently SE hoped that this phone, being a high spec Walkman, would prove to be a big seller over the lucrative christmas period. Unfortunately for SE touchscreens and smart phones proved to be the big sellers and they sold nowhere near as many as they thought they would! Thus after christmas the price of the phone tumbled.

hi miss undefined from philippines, just for your info there is an option to save your messages to memory card so that you will not worry about your other messages. go to "Messaging", select "Messages", go to "Settings", click "Save to" and select "Memory card", finish.
I have tired it and as of now I have 689 messages in my inbox and still growing. perfect phone! love it!
