[deleted post]I have the paint peeling off my SE Arc also. SE won't assist me.
This phone is designed and assembled with all chinese made parts in China. This is a low quality Chinese phone. Do NOT buy this low quality phone.

I recommend that nobody buys this phone. It is designed, manufactured and assembled in cheap sweat shops in China. Thats why it is bad quality.

[deleted post]What did u do, did u soak it overnight to get that peel off effect? Poor guy you might got a faulty one. It doesn't mean all will end like this. You are a messy one that shows in those images, who dont care for his things.

wich is b... moreI do not understand what SE spec. mean when they mention LED backlid LCD?
People are telling me that LCD screen drain battery, but not LED. They explain to me that LCD is much lower cost compare to LED. Modern TV screen all use LED technology.

I am using the SE Arc for the past 4 months now, the Chrome on the Buttons is peeling off and the Paint on the panel is also peeling off. I took the Phone to the SE Service center here and he said that the panel and the keys are not covered under warranty. He also mentioned that there have been already about 4-5 Customers regarding the same however he cannot do anything since he has not got any notification from SE.
I would say you should look at other phones. I am really disappointed with SE Quality of the product. I will never buy a SE again.

hi guys im in abit of a dilema,i wana get a proper fone iv to choices nokia e6 and SE arc.iv been a Sony ericsson fan for year bt now after reading the post for both fones my choice is swaying more for the nokia bt i feel lyk ima regret nt get the arc. my question to ya'lis which 1 of the two is more of a best buy takin into account design,performance and functionality?also take into account that im big on cameras and sony ericsson is by far the best when it comes to cameras so please help...
