The rest points u made r baseless.
Arc's reality display has even beaten down retina & super amoled ,so it's million times better than motorola atrix display. Xperia x10 despite having a 65k simple LCD has the best quality display in the LCD segment due to sony's tech , but motorola has got really poor display.
Xperia x10's simple 8mpx camera was the best 8mpx camera in android segment but arc has got really great sony's award winning Exmor R sensor which wins without any confusion.
I don't want dual core unless I get good battery life.

another piece of crap from Sony ericsson!!!!! this is always the same story like for the car prototype, they always look so cool and great, but after when they release the real product that is gonna hit the road is the same old crap!!!! No video call camera! No document editor! pathetic screen still LCD!!! ( no sense dear sony to call it super LCD bravia blablabla is the same old LCD whatsoever!!! Sony doesn't want to admit that the super amoled is the best of the best!!!.... and by the way the sony ericsson touch interface is famous for being the worst out there!!!!..... dear SONY, we love the PS3...that's it :-)

abhi, 10 Jan 2011I have done some editing in my new post - SE Xperia Arc ov... moreMotorola atrix is way better than s.e adisplayrc.The only disadvantage of atrix is the 5 megapixel camera,but this doesn;t mean that arc has a better camera.We'll see about that later.Atrix ins't made of cheap materials,why do you say that?And about audio quality ,maybe arc is better but this doesn't mean that atrix has bad audio quality.And finally atrix has a dual core cpu,is full hd capable and has divx/xvid support,which is quite a big advantage

This is a photo taken from the gsmarena team that shows how the new reality display from Sony brought both the retina display from apple and super amoled from samsung to shame! After all seeing is believing right? So no matter how much you speak but like they say a picture is beyond 1000 words.
The reality display is the middle phone, while the iphone is on it's right side and the galaxy s is on it's left.

A great 8mpx camera with Sony's award winning Exmor R sensor, led flash, autofocus, smile detection, face detection, image stabilization, video stabilization as compared to poor 5mpx camera of atrix without anything.
Great 4.2 inch LED backlit Reality display with Sony's great Mobile Bravia Engine as compared to poor old gen simple LCD display of atrix.
SE's great customization(timescape /mediapane) as compared to one of the worst motorola customization(motoblur).
Android 2.3 preloaded as compared to old 2.2 in atrix.
Almost double battery life(460hr) as compared to atrix's poor 250 hr standby time.
Extremely slim at 8.7 mm as compared to atrix.
Unique & the sexiest ever design in touchscreen phones as compared to ugly iphone copycat design of atrix.
Body made from premium materials as compared to poor quality body materials of atrix.
Arc will be very soon connected with Sony's Qriocity media on demand service as compared to nothing on atrix.
SE has always been great in sound quality but motorola sucks. Therefore much better sound quality in Arc as compared to atrix.
Motorola atrix has dual core processor but I don't care about it unless I get at least good battery life. Atrix has much better internal memory but it doesn't matter anymore in Arc bcoz we can save apps & games directly to memory card in android 2.3
1080p video playback is possible in atrix but it doesn't create any diff. until we have a screen with comparable resolution.
Atrix has 1GB RAM but it doesn't matter bcoz Arc is giving a ultimately smooth experience with 512 MB RAM(as reported by everyone who has previewed Arc)

plz suggest me a good phone my budjet is around 27-28 thousand n my needs are good screen,music quality,divx/xvid playability,android,big screen,good battery life, less hanging prbs,and last but not the least atleast 8 gb inbuilt memory..pls suggest..should i buy arc,htc dhd,galaxy s or should i wait for new phones coming in mwc 2011?? also heard that the price of the android phones will decrease this year??

yes tegra 2 is a bit faster but how about stand- by time of atrix?
tegra 2 will be losser even nvidia knows this
when snapdragon and orion comes then tegra 2 will be out of competition!

Sony Exmor R sensor, for brilliant still shots and HD recording in low light conditions and night time! Be sure that this is something you will never find in any other mobile, because Sony simply borrowed this sensor from their digital camera department.

Arc lover, 10 Jan 2011Guys, its true that atrix has got many times better hardwar... moretegra 2 cant keep up with competition
tegra 2 is 1.5 x faster than snapdragon 8255 but it is hungry of battery power
the next generation dual core snapdragon that will be released in q2 is 3x faster and 5x more energy efficient than tegra2
SAMSUNG and SE and HTC know this and refuse to use tegra 2 in their phones but LG and MOTO not!

As much as i like the Arc, the Atrix seems the better phone power wise, with dual core, 1GB ram and has 1930 mah battery (never trust standby times of companies, either overexaggerated or under). Even SE fans have to acknowledge that at least. Multimedia wise the arc may be better thanks to Bravia engine and 8MP camera, but thats about it so far.

Guys, its true that atrix has got many times better hardware, but as far as style and interface is concerned, xperia is best....!
