Ok guys im here to tell everyone who is saying that he's planing to buy this phone my answer is noo . Dont even think about it ..dont get this phone verry laggy at games and if you use whatsapp alot dont buy this phone...the games always "foce close" and the screen (verry poor quality) so dont waste ur money on this device ..buy sony xperia acro S or sony GX but thix hell noooo!!!

how should I charge my arc s...??? should I turn off the device,,when it is charging?? / should I turn it on,when it is charging.?
I charge it about 8 hours.... what is the perfect time limit for charging this device... plzzzzz plzzzz anyone tell me how should I charge this... & which idea is best for this??.....

Maybe you mean cracked apps...The same, you can plug your device's usb in and put the apps in a folder, then install them by clicking on them, and you got first of all allow unknown sources to be installed (you can find this at settings menu , depended on which android version you use , the menu differs.. )

even try find out d actual price of arc s but when i visited croma dey said company stopped da production ..but in alfa it is avalaible but it about 23k guyz plz help me should i buy or not but internet website it is 16k ...guyz plz hlp

According to GSMARENA the price of this cell phone is 250Euro ie Rs17,602.46 in India,
But when i tried to find out the price of this cell phone on google in India, it was more than Rs23000 ie 326Euro.
Please clear my query,
because i want to buy this cell phone.
