Do you not received any files at all but the others can see your bluetooth name? Or is it nobody can detect your cp during bluetooth? If its the latter, check your setting maybe your bluetooth settings is hidden/not visible to everyone

Salam, dear go to settings>wireless and network>bluetooth and click make device discoverable. your problem will be solved.

The smaller screen in the Neo V however, gains advantage in terms of pixel density. Hope this helps :)
