Is their any option in th phone to avoid vibration while dailing a ph number...just to increase the battery back up further.

i using this experia arc s now. n im satisfied with it. play all game without lag. name it, any game? dead space, galaxy on fire 2, dungeon defender, all witout amy single lag. proud of it. but i dun try gta3 yet.. i install alot of game until i cant finish play it all now :D

Need help with updating. I was updating my Xperia Arc S to 4.0.2.A.0.62 via PC companion and accidentally disconnected the phone while the update was being downloaded on the pc...After that my pc companion is not recognizing my set and says no phone connected!!!! I can connect as USB mass storage but not in Media Transfer Mode which is needed for updating the phone!
I've restarted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled pc companion and even tried everything from the beginning in another laptop but the device drivers r just not being installed!
So what do I do now? Pls HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Anonymous, 10 Feb 2012how can i download apps directly to sd card on my arc s, ha... moreGo to the Android market and download 'App to SD' it's free and it will automatically ask if you want to transfer your apps to your SD card. Hope this helps

I'm using this phone for about 2 months now. The screen's very bright and so far I'm happy with it. Movies never looked this good, trust me. It lags sometimes but not when you're just doing one thing. I mean don't multitusk. Certain times if the ram is used up too much the phone lags, but of course that'd happen to any phone. No heating prob. It goes roughly up to 34 deg if I multitusk, which is okay with me.

Well, for a change, i'm glad that the people here on the xperia arc s thread are nice enough. thanks for your comments. Don't you guys experience quick heating problems on your arc s too? Anyway, i'm totally over with my arc s. My gf's really nice enough to take my arc s in exchange for her Galaxy W after I got my phone back from the service center. She knows I love playing games and she just want a neat, white and classy-looking smartphone at the same time so she agreed. I have no problems with my new Galaxy W, runs very smooth even for a full 6-8 hours of heavy use without heating too much. but one thing that I miss from my arc s is the timescape UI, w/c is wayyyy better than the boring touchwiz, and the 8 mp camera of course. Don't get me wrong guys, i love the arc s, if only that unlucky incident didn't happen.
