i liked this phon very very much because firstly i like this slim white body so cute
\and its is so besaram set in android if it has gone hang it will automatically recover after some time this the best features in this second my friend like this phon very much i love my sony xperia arc phon

I've been using this phone for 2 years now and seeing other comments,about the internal memory.. Don't get stuck on that! It's easy to root the phone and then be able to move any app on the sd card. I even upgraded my phone to ICS 4.0.4 and everything works great.

Hello. Go for Xperia Ultimate Hd5.1 rom, you will have plenty of internal memory.

The most irritating thing about this phone is its VERY VERY LIMITED internal memory. Don't be fooled by its ability to use an SD card to increase the memory, as once the internal memory is full, you can't add a good number of new applications to the phone, especially important ones that use the internal memory.
The next most irritating thing about this phone is a bunch of Facebook applications that are forced into the internal memory and clogging it up, thus effectively preventing you from getting new apps that depend on the internal memory. This is especially irritating to non-Facebook users like me!!! There are no less than EIGHT Facebook applications that Sony forces into the system!!! These are 1. Facebook, 2. Facebook CalendarSync, 3. Facebook Extension, 4. Facebook Notification Publisher, 5. Facebook Post Viewer, 6. Facebook Setup, 7. Friends' Games and Applications, 8. Friends' Music and Videos. Can you imagine that??? EIGHT applications... and you are not even a Facebooks user!!! This is EXTREMELY IRRITATING, especially since these apps clog up your memory and prevent you not only from getting new apps, but updating those you already have!!! Obnoxiously, these unwelcome apps keep wanting to update themselves (good God!!!) and telling you that you do not have enough (internal) memory on your phone!!! This is like rubbing the proverbial salt into your wounds!!! This is too much!!! It is the height of irresponsibility on Sony's part. Of course, you could root your phone and get rid of these stupid and (to me) useless Facebook apps, but would you want to buy a phone if you are going to root it, thus voiding its warranty??? I have been using Ericsson phones ever since I started using mobile phones many years ago. But this is too much!!! I can't stand this any more, and that's the end of Sony for me!!!

I m going to buy arc S, I need you guys experience. Is it too bad about the internal memory issue? perhaps arc S still have a memory card right?

Internal memory is an issue.. I am unable to update many of my apps because it has "insufficient storage".the only way around this is to uninstall the whole app and start again! Other than that.... its a good phone. The internal memory issue seems a little short sighted by sony ericsson. Had phone for 18 months..

don't buy this phone if you want to download a lot of apps. i can barely download apps because it has a low internal memory. i only have facebook, youtube, stumbleupon, simple mp3 downloader, office suite and a few other apps that can't be transferred to my memory card. I mean, hello, I only have like 7 apps on my phone!! This phone is useless.
