Sony Ericsson must leave Android aside, and start making high quality WP7 devices that are made of nice aluminum and stunning designs. They are good at it but they are not giving it a try.
But with Android, they are going no where, especially with their current designs. Enough of SE, please.

I recently bought an Xperia Arc S for $425 off eBay. I am really satisfied with this phone. I was originally debating whether to buy this Arc S or renew my T-Mobile plan and get the Galaxy S II for $279.99. I ended up choosing style over spec which I don’t regret at all.
It does not lag at all (except if I have too much apps running in the background, but Advanced Task Killer takes care of that) and I don't feel the need for duo-core.
The display quality is great.
The camera is really fun to play with because of the sweep panorama. I have not even thought of having to use a secondary camera since I bought it. If I want to Skype, I’ll use my HP TouchPad.
With WiFi on at all times, making a few calls a day, and texting a lot, it can last about 40 hours of normal usage before having to charge it.

it is really unique and very very stylish.I dont know how some people can buy ugly samsung phones instead of these fashionable and very attractive se phones.by the way its price is much less than galaxy sII.if se coninus producing such great phones it will be able to dominate the market.

[deleted post]This is the source of where that gsm arena's news article came from: http://www.somobile.co.uk/news/2011/09/08/sony-ericsson-current-gen-xperia-phones-will-get-android-4-0/#
And no longer after the article went published SE than stated that the they had made NO official decision to update its 2011 Xperia phones to Android 4.0 – despite the comments from a SE representative at a London press event on that day.
Here’s the official statement:
"When it comes to future platforms of the Android OS, we will make them available to consumers in a timely manner, as long as they improve the user experience and are viable from a hardware point of view."
