this a awesome phone,,very fast,,no lag,,gud screen,,very fast web browsing
i updated it on ics,,well i bought this phone yesterday on a price of 14000php
and its cheaper than samsung phone

Apparently Sony is busy testing JB for this phone. Taking into account the build number for the current ICS is 4.1.something, it does kinda make sense that Sony's JB offering would be 4.2.something.

Now. The only thing that stands between us LT18 users and an official JB update is Sony themselves. They can just pull the plug saying JB runs poorly on the phone (which I doubt, seeing the specs of some ICS phones today).
Just hoping the update comes before the year's end.

chishty, 10 Oct 2012plz plz plz plz......when ever i try to connect my internet... morewhen connecting to internet using data connection, you need to set the DATE and TIME first, make sure it is set correctly.. then go, you can enjoy your connection .. :) hope it helps!

plz plz plz plz......when ever i try to connect my internet data connection it accept bt couldn'd browse anything as it genuinely not connected to the internet.but whenever i off the connection it shows dat connection is off. plz anyone help what to do. i already reset the factory and move to default bt still it does not working.

kris, 09 Oct 2012same here since i have the ics i cant see any screen shot a... moreYou can take screenshots with the ICS update, although the procedure is different from Gingerbread's. Just press "Volume Down" + "Power button" simultaneously until you hear the shutter sound. That's it.

Anonymous, 04 Oct 2012How can you use Skype if there is no Second Cam on this pho... moreof course you can you skype and viber in arc s...how??simply just use the back camera..but you cant see the one you are talking to because what you can see is the back part of the phone..what i'm doing is i face the mirror so i can see the front part of my phone..

I've updated my new Arc S to ICS 4.1.587, Its cool and smooth, no lags so far. But only problem is no notification LED for messages. I hope Sony will fix this on there next update.

everybody talks blah blah blah........ this and that.
most of people experience the same thing, they get any lags after updating to ICS, and so do I but with my Neo V. this is the same common problem on ICS. I've tried this and that but useless, till finally I flash my Neo V with custom ROMs (cyanogen mod9/10 and AOKP) and then the problem solved. No lag at all anymore.

Does anybody here know how to manage the applications? The battery life of my arc s is so short because even if my wifi is turned off, facebook, viber, and other apps keeps on running. What should i do about it? and how? Thankyou very much!
