here is the procedure to fix overheating and capacitive button issues
1 root your phone
2 install gscript from android marked
3 run the following script using gscript
dev=/sys/devices/platform/spi_qsd.0/spi0.0
fw=touch_smultron_sony.hex
cyttsp_fwloader -dev $dev -fw /system/etc/firmware/$fw -verify_only
sleep 5
reboot -p
4 after execution phone will restart
and the problem got fixed

i bought this shit phone coz im amazed of its size then all of a sudden this heating shit ruin my days..
for you guys fan of sony ericson..buy this phone and let the problem begins..

My phone is just like this. I don't know what's wrong but i can't open any application. I don't know if the damage is in the touch pad cause i didn't even do anything or should i reprogram it?

jerome, 28 Mar 2012how to print or screen shot for xperia miniyou should update your phone first via pc or the phone itself.. it must be version 2.3.4.. so that you can have the option like screenshot... while holding the power button for a couple of seconds.. then the screenshot option will appear...

jerome, 28 Mar 2012how to print or screen shot for xperia miniI have a Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman and you make a screenshot with it by pressing the lock button for a time and then click 'screen shot' on the screen. I would guess it's the same with Xperia Mini.

It is a perfect mobile.
It has got all the advantages you would expect it to have.
I would personally advise all the buyers to buy this mobile. It is awesome and has a smooth touch. It's android is upgradable upto 4.0
